Excellent management team who were flexible with my booking as my wife was in hospital that was much appreciated.
Pros:

Don’t stay at this hotel. The car park is a con even tho I registered my parking I still got a letter from park maven and even after appealing and proving I was staying at the hotel they’ve still declined my appeal and are trying to charge me . Avoid

I liked the location, we came here as we were taking our daughter to peppa pig world, It was very clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent

Cons:

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and I think there should be a toilet brush in the toilet, no other issues!

Good Easter weekend break
Pros:

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, unfortunately there was no semi skimmed milk on one morning! Also there was a notice stating that there should be no young children around the buffet area, but it was never taken any notice of. Parking was great, very large, warm comfortable room. The shower was good, and overall cleanliness was very good too. The evening meal options had a good selection to suit all. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The room was spacious plenty of room for 2 of us.
The bar and welcoming was brilliant and check in all good friendly staff.
Venfing machine in hotel should you need anything else which is card payment only

Cons:

The window sile wasn't cleaned so looked grubby in our room.

Went to breakfast at 850 had a bit of a wait to be seated no bacon asked to be told theu had ran out so breakfast was scrambled egg on toast with beans .
Brekkie people piling plates sky high leaving nothing left for the people behind. Would be better to take a little eat and theb return.

No hash browns or sausages which my son would eat so he only had a croissant and chocolate sauce
