Warm welcome from the receptionist room was clean bed was comfortable and great location

No aircon room was very hot. Two fans provided but very noisy and were just pushing hot air around

There was no air conditioning in the room and this was not clearly stated in the facilities when the booking was made. The breakfast was very average and the choices were the same each day.
Breakfast on both mornings was a bonus. There was plenty of basic choice, hot when needed. Tea was excellent even decaff option. Thank you.

My satnav and the lack of details from the motorway meant I wasted over an hour looking for the premises,
Sat nav sent me to a premise (no idea which or exactly where) on the opposite side of the Motorway exit.
I phoned the telephone number but the lady couldn't hear me and I kept saying 'I'm lost'.
Sunday early evening riding around the two sites no signs what is a maiden to do? I later discovered a HI sign had blown down!! However some kind security guard at the far end of the estate helped me out- used his phone and showed me a map. Don't know who he was but a life saver. Then Greggs was the signpost for me.

No outdoor space to sit
Helpful staff someone on desk even though we checked in late at night. They were happy to explain breakfast arrangements and with other enquiries.
It was clean, easy to find and very convenient for visiting family in Romsey. Staff were very polite and friendly.
No air conditioning in our room!! The fan was very old and noisy and got very hot, so we didn’t want to risk leaving it on all night. Consequently we had to open the window to get some air (we are in the middle of a heatwave!) which meant we got the noise from the motorway from 4am! 😱 I’m sure in normal weather the noise wouldn’t be such an issue as the window would be closed.
Comfortable bed, location.
Housekeeping didn't happen for my first day/night (it was an extension of a previous booking, so should have been standard/had been requested). Door access was blocked early on the last day (ie before checkout time). Minor issues but not what I'd expect given the price and the previous positive experience.
