It's okay for 1 night.
Pros:

The breakfast was very limited.

Cons:

The rooms was too hot. No air conditioner, just a fan.

Convenient for Peppa pig & good brekkie
Pros:

Close to Peppa pig world and the buffet breakfast was fab

Cons:

We had asked for a travel cot but it wasn’t set up in the room and my toddler was getting tired as we had to wait for them to bring it but other than that- it was great

Cons:

No air conditioning. With an external temperature of 37C it was very difficult stay in the room during the daytime. The window doesn't close completely and hot air enter in the room during the day. Hard sleep.

Friendly and fine
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, good room amenities like iron fan and kettle. Breakfast was OK for an included option. Location isn't within walking distance of much but 1uick taxi to the centre / cruise port was fine.

Cons:

There was a heatwave, which made the rooms very stuffy and warm. You couldn't open the window much and fans were provided, but they were too noisy to sleep with them on. Minor issue though as I would imagine heatwaves are rare

Amazing staff
Pros:

Had a wonderful time, so great we chose to extend for one more night. The service from all the staff was wonderful, we were greeted phenomenally by Scott who truly understands the meaning of hospitality. His attitude to work is absolutely stunning and a pleasure to see! Scott is a real treasure for this hotel, and a reason we will be thrilled to return when the girls are slightly older so that we can come to the all spoken about Peppa Pig world 🤣 Mateusz was also a lovely server who was very attentive. Can’t get over the splendid service and atmosphere the staff create, it really makes you feel fantastic.

Decent stopover, would return
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, clean and decent shower.
