I enjoyed the stay but the food l wanted wasn’t available
Pros:

Nice room,very clean,large bathroom,couldn’t fault anything

Cons:

Tv,only has one channel,
I didn’t need a main meal for evening meal but would have liked a sandwich,this was not available

A nice stay, felt very welcomed
Pros:

Hotel was really nice. Staff were amazing!

Cons:

The self-serve breakfast. I think it would be better if you could order and have breakfast served at your table so that everyone gets the same amount. I wasn't able to have a full breakfast because everyone else took everything. Was very crowded.

Pros:

Very well provided for in rooms. Sofa, desk , iron etc.Gluten free provision at breakfast is good and breakfast team were brilliant. Gluten free at other meals is very poor..such a shame.All in all very comfortable and will be a good calling point if we have need to have a short stay in the area again.

Cons:

More gluten free options would be good. The pizza was a token effort but they can be so good these days. There isn't the best area for a night cap on returning to the hotel. A slightly segregated area with lower lighting would be nice but as a hotel you do what you need to do well. There are plenty places within a close distance if needed. Thankyou
