Excellent stay, exceptional staff
Pros:

After a very long day travelling, with major obstacles to overcome, we arrived at 6pm, over 8 hours after setting out, a bit worse for wear. We were greeted in a friendly manner, and even a problem with our booking was not a problem for them.
We were allocated a room immediately, and invited into the restaurant for an evening meal.
Nothing was too much trouble for any staff, they were amazing.
Accommodation was to the same high standard we have found with this brand.
Matthias & Scott resolved our travelling problems with a relish I wish I could muster at the time, but a meal and drink revived us.
Highly recommended, just a short bus or taxi ride to Airport, station or Dock.

What was expected
Pros:

Location was excellent for port

Cons:

Would have liked more options for evening meal as only thing we could eat was a toastie sandwich. When you have travelled you want something more y to eat. Not many options.

Die Lage ist als Zwischenstopp i.O., aber ansonsten zu weit von der Innenstadt entfernt.

Great hotel for business travel
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having snacks available to purchase in reception was a great idea. Pizza was delicious!
