The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, couldn’t fault them at all. It was clean and glad they had fans in the room.
Personally I found the bed quite uncomfortable; it was a very firm mattress and the pillows were so hard that my neck was hurting on them.
Although the options for breakfast were good, some of the hot food was not very hot and had clearly been sat out for a while and was dry / inedible.

Staff exceptionally friendly helpful and welcoming . Scott and tin tin were stand out however all staff very very work orientated and great customer service . Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast exceptional and on tap free coffee and tea very welcome
