Quiet and comfortable, friendly staff

I shall begin where it all started. We arrived 40 minutes before checkin with a confirmed room and was told there would be a $20.00 charge for checking in 40 minutes early. There were hardly any cars in the parking area. We chose to wait until 3 PM. Our room was ready at 3PM but we found the following deficiencies-The rather large mirror over the bath basin had a 10 inch corner of the glass broken off and the entire length of the break was super sharp and an accident waiting to happen. There was zero soap in the plastic dispenser on the wall over that same bath basin. The GFI electric outlet had a cover that was not affixed to the wall with screws and was inoperable. All these items were immediately reported to housekeeping and maintenance yet only the soap lotion was replaced. We remained at the Hotel for three nights(Fri-Monday morn) yet no repairs were made. There were leaves on the carpeted area that remained from checkin until checkout.
The real disrespect was upon checking our cc statement, we noticed that we were charged $9.56 more than our confirmation had us paying yet we did not have a single extra charge on the statement nor did we charge any extras to our room.
We have spoken with the manager Garrett Brown on two occasions and have not received our credit for the $9.56. Not looking for anything else but this is not a Hotel we would look to stay in ever again. Breakfast food included in oour stay was just okay-no biggee.

I woulda left a 0.5 if I could. So I flew down to visit family during the holidays it wasn’t Christmas week so there’s no excuse because of busy holidays. I was told I could check in early so i figured 2-3pm would be okay I got there 1:45. Upon approach I was told that my room wouldn’t be available to accommodate me even after telling me that morning it wouldn’t be a problem. Understandable, but what got me going was they wouldn’t take my bags and after all day waiting for our reserved room because you know you reserve a room to have available at check in they called me at 6:30 to say it was ready

This is a hidden gem. Stayed here several weeks with comfortable accommodations and service at an exceptional price. Anna was also very helpful with going above and beyond.

Good hotel

It was a good experience.

The toilet pump was broken, we noticed this when we used the toilet around 3 am. Every time we used the bathroom we had to open the tank and adjust the pump. When we went to breakfast the server ignore us for about 10 minutes, we first order my son’s breakfast and mine and late my husband came to the table order his breakfast. 15 minutes later my husband was serve. My son and I had to wait 30 minutes more and tables that order after us were served before us. We had to constantly as for stuff like salt and ketchup to the server. He never came so I had to go to the bar and get it. There was no hair drier in the bedroom had to ask for one at the lobby. Overall we will not be staying at this property in the near future.

The staff at this property was the nicest staff I have ever dealt with at a hotel and I travel a lot ! I can’t say enough good things about my stay there . They always had flavored water , home backed cookies and all kinds of tea available complimentary 24 hrs a day !
