Cons:

The bed was a bit soft. The chairs in reception need replacing as they make a loud noise when you sit down on them. It’s not clear whether you have to pay for the water in the fridge.

Pros:

It was spotlessly clean with extremely nice staff. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

There was a lot of creaking of the building during my second night. Maybe it was windy outside!

Simple decent place. Nothing fancy, just practical and works. A bit pricey.
Pros:

Location is really good. Close to the mailbox which is right were many restaurants and shops are. It’s convenient and just works.

Cons:

Building is a bit old as you would expect. Nothing to not like about the place.

Pros:

Location is brilliant for the Utilita, not far to walk to the train station and Bullring. Room was spacious and spotless, shower powerful, bed was comfy and large. Reception & bar staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

2nd floor room had slight street noise. That is my only complaint.
