Too much of a budget hotel
Pros:

Staff were great. Bar was good and well priced.

Cons:

Bed was way too hard. And people arriving 4am in the morning shouting and screaming drunk.

Great Staff :)
Pros:

The reception staff were so lovely!
The room was big, beds comfy and shower nice and hot.
Nice coffee shop adjoining for snacks

Cons:

The cleaner knocking at 8:30am and waking me up because I didn't put a DND sign on the outside 🫠 And also telling me off for not doing so. So prior warning to anyone else 😅

Breakfast not the best the first night. Had to wait ages for new beans (my fav!) So the food I picked went cold. Second morning much better though. And credit to them, there was a ton of choice.

Lighting in the room not good. Need a larger overhead light. Ambient lighting nice for an evening but when you need to get ready or do your hair was a bit limiting.

Pros:

Lovely friendly staff who wer all really helpful. A great location within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city centre. A really good breakfast with excellent choice.

I had a very comfortable stay, everything was good. Perfect location, spotlessly clean, modern.
Pros:

The room was lovely and clean, very spacious with a lovely bathroom. The location was great.

Cons:

Breakfast in general was good, but reduced variety on a Monday morning.

One of the best hotels in Birmingham.
Pros:

Spacious, clean room, lovely breakfast. All the staff I interacted with were courteous and professional. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great choice hotel, reasonably priced, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Really central, friendly staff. Room was large, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Cons:

No extra bedding and the duvet was quite thin. Just meant we had to leave the heating on for a while.
