AC Hotel by Marriott Birmingham

I had a wonderful stay at AC Hotel by Marriott Birmingham. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a great location that makes it easy to explore the city.

What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. A special mention goes to Talar at reception, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.

It’s always the people who make a stay memorable, and Talar is a real credit to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Frequently go during the week, lovely relaxed feeling, staff are very friendly and helpful, shout out to Rogertha who couldn’t be more helpful, comfy seating, breakfast selection is good, unlimited tea, coffee and juices. Will definitely be going again.

Service is second to none, Taylor and Jabril have been especially helpful.

What a wonderful way to start our stay, we checked in with the lovely Talar, who made us feel so welcome, explained everything we needed to know and also gave us a cheeky upgrade to a canal view room. Everytime we passed reception she always made a point of acknowledging us and asking if everything was ok. Our room was lovely, the bed was huge and very comfortable. It was also very clean. The hotel suited us on location as everything was within easy walking distance. Great selection of restaurants close by too.
Breakfast the next morning was excellent, Marcello & Abigayle greeted us, explained all the food on offer and there was a great selection of good quality food, we ordered poached eggs and also a side of pancakes. Marcello made sure throughout our breakfast that we had everything we wanted and checked to make sure we were happy with everything. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat, great staff who made us feel so welcome, great location and great room. Thankyou for such an enjoyable stay.

The staff was really friendly. We came from far and came earlier than expected but the receptionist Talar was really kind and helpful and let us book in 30mins earlier than usual. I would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to stay :)

As a regular guest at the hotel with work the hotel has been a home away from home. The reception team especially Diaa, Ian, Laura are so friendly, helpful and amazing.

The location is great, rooms are always clean, facilities work and food is great.
