Overall great stay at a great hotel and location
Pros:

The location is great.
There are loads of restaurants, bars and a short walk to the Bullring for shopping.

Cons:

It may have been the room I was in, but the windows could be better soundproofed. The bed was also quite firm which made sleeping for me tough.

Very comfortable short day.
Pros:

Great location for the theatre and shops. Good sized room. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

A little noisy at night but to be expected for a city centre. The lighting in the room wasn’t great, a bit too dark.

Good location but far too noisy for comfort.
Cons:

There was some kind of event going on in the hotel - a lot of girls that looked like models were posing in the corridor on the 3rd floor where my room was and it was incredibly noisy with screaming, running and banging doors until 5am. Very hard to sleep.

Cons:

The room was cold. We tried to increase the temperature control but had no effect. We contacted reception & they allowed us access to control the thermostat in our room.
Surely, as an adult, we can control the room temperature without the need to contact reception !!!!!
