Hello, I was warmly welcomed like every time I go to your place. The reception, restaurant and cafe are clean, the staff at the reception are smiling and the welcome procedures went very quickly.

Nice location and clean hotel reception staff very nice and helpful.
The only complaint was that at breakfast we were shown to our table and then we did not see one member of breakfast staff after that. Nobody came over to ask us if there was anything else we required or to offer a different variety of eggs available for breakfast.
The staff were welcoming and friendly, gave us all the information we needed during our stay.
The room was large with a big comfortable bed. The bathroom was equipped with separate lovely body wash, moisturiser, shampoo AND a conditioner which is unusual to see these days! The towels were lovely and fluffy and nice and big. The only negative we would say about the bathroom, whilst it was esthetically pleasing, the sink didn't empty fully, water didn't drain fully down the plug hole.
In the main area, it would have been useful to have a mirror other than on the door.
Location is brilliant to the main areas of Birmingham city centre, no more than 15 minutes walk from New Street Station, be mindful one route from Google maps will take you up a steep hill for those who struggle slightly!
Breakfast for us was a little disappointing, as it had been in the warmers too long, with the bacon, mushrooms and scrambled eggs being very dry and there were no beans. We went down for breakfast around 09:30, this may have had something to do with it.
This said there was plenty of choice on the continental side of the menu which was all lovely and fresh.
The hotel was well situated in town - the room was nice and also had a great view of the canal. The main plus point was the staff - they were great, especially Orkhed - who went out of her way to provide exceptional service.
