Was ok. Feel like it has gone down hill.
Pros:

I love the location of the property. As close to bullring and nice restaurants near you. However last time we stayed there were a lot of bars and restaurants open now a lot seem to have closed.

Cons:

You could not adjust the temperature and got cold in the night. The view was of a road which I understand sometimes can’t be helped but last time I visited I had a view off the front. I asked for a nice view this time (didn’t the previous time) as was with my mother for her birthday so she would have appreciated a nice view. You HAVE to pre book parking even though it says you do not. So I couldn’t get the discount. I feel like this should be said in the booking confirmation clearly. And when I stayed last time I’m sure I had a code I put in so thought he the last this time. When I was told this the staff didn’t seem to care or bother that this was the case.

Pros:

Everything was great with location and the stay. The room cleanliness was immaculate as well as front reception staff.

Cons:

We booked late check out- however on the day room was knocked on 3 times by 3 different house cleaners about when we was leaving! Totally disturbing the late check out as first knock was at 11:15am when check out is at 12! Really frustrating

Overall great experience
Pros:

Fantastic central location, clean, well presented, friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast just didn't seem very fresh (seemed like shop bought blueberry muffins, microwaved pancakes etc.) - it was fine but just not fantastic. Although the staff were really lovely, I don't think they'd had any bar training (totally not their fault in my opinion - but the two staff members I encountered on separate occasions just needed a bit of help).

Great location, staff and breakfast! Will be back!

Let us leave our luggage while we shopped
Nice extras in room like robes, slippers, coffee machine with pods, water

Cons:

The only thing I would say is there was no milk for the tea/coffee and when I rang down they said just come and get it from reception rather than offer to bring it to me- we were on the 5th floor so was a bit of a pain - I was just getting over being ill so did not have the energy to collect it.

I was woken in the middle of the night by people talking loudly (drunk) outside my bedroom window on the external seating for the bar area - ruined what was otherwise a very good experience

Very clean, quiet, comfortable and a great location.
Pros:

Great location.
Felt very clean and it feels like a quality hotel.
Comfortable bed. Decent size room. Fridge in room. Choice of teas rather than just breakfast tea.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It is expensive.
The breakfast selection was good, however as a gluten intolerant person I object to having to ask whether things contain gluten when in a rush - it would be easy to have a coded letter system for allergens identified added next to the product name and a sign on the wall explaining the code.

Perfect location for our trip but disappointed in hotel
Pros:

Clean rooms and perfect location in the centre of the city.

Cons:

Listing said that prebooking wasn’t required for parking but upon departure when we tried to validate parking they said it needed to be prebooked. Breakfast was also meant to be included but receptionist said it wasn’t. In addition, the receptionist staff seemed completely miserable.

Facilities is good Customer service could be a bit better

Many of Restaurant bars

Cons:

Customer service not very welcoming
Coffee machine is broken, side lamp is broken.
I did mention at the front desk, not very apologetic they’re telling me how to use a coffee machine😟
