Location, room size and bathroom., very clean
Bed really uncomfortable and pillows felt plump, but whilst sleeping on them went lumpy and hard..Had 2 bad night's sleep and woke up with bad back and neck pain.

Toilet wasn’t working on arrival but transferred to another room but wasn’t the cleanest. Found a kids pair of leggings under bed from previous persons.
The staff where very friendly
The disabled room was poor, very small and the wet room chair was unusable due to its proximity to the showers controls. The seat needs to be replaced with a bigger seat or relocated to another part of the shower.
The double bed also felt much smaller, almost as small as a 3/4 double bed.
Breakfast was good and very good value. The staff were friendly and helpful

Smashing location, ideal for Litchfield and visiting Pelsall, use this location because it's always good nice and quiet good staff
A couple of people had to much to drink, a bit loud, I've not heard it here before
