For the amount of time we were there and the cost it was perfect.
Pros:

I was pleased we were on the ground floor and that there was a walk in shower all great for my mobility issues. Good location for the national memorial arboretum.

Cons:

A bit disappointed that the bed was only a double I thought all hotel double rooms had king size beds

Good food and service
Pros:

We received a lovely smiley welcome from the receptionist who explained all we needed to know about the hotel, and pubs in the area for our evening meal.

The room was quiet, given it was close to a busy road, the bathroom good and breakfast plentiful.

Situated in an ideal area . Free car parking.
Toiletries in bathroom.. showered, hand soap and shampoo. Lovely soft towels..
Everything provided in the room. Scrumptious breakfast. All you can eat.
