Great room, great breakfast included, great price! Good location for Lichfield.
Pros:

Room excellent - were given room with super king bed even though we'd only paid for double standard room. Room very clean, well equipped and bathroom good. Breakfast as always was very good - asked for two vegetarian sausages and they came within 5 minutes. Last day of the school holidays so the place was very busy with families. Hotel is on junction on A5 and M6 so great for business stays and stopovers but would not recommend as 'romantic'. 2 km from Lichfield so we walked into the city but would not recommend walking as pavements very narrow and poorly maintained and if you want a bus you have to wait at the bus stop be standing in the hedge! Service from staff was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing really - location on small retail estate with lots of building work happening but I suppose IHG can't do much about that.

Clean, comfy stay close to family
Pros:

Sofa bed was very comfy, already made up on arrival. Reception managed to get us in earlier check in due to my leg brace so I could rest.All staff we encountered were really helpful, from local car parks to fuel prices. Disabled bay parking. Nice quiet room 327

Cons:

Could do with glass in bathroom for toothbrush holder etc.
Lift was a bit jumpy getting in each time

Ugly location, not the cheapest for what it is and they wouldn’t switch to double room from twin despite having them available - classic corporate line detached from reality

Great value for money and good location. Might use again if are travelling to the same area.
Pros:

Nice staff, good location, in case you need food after hotel stops service there is McDonalds, Costa, Subway and some Chicken Wings shop are within 50 yards distance.

Cons:

When we were checking out and looked we didn't miss anything or left anything we found a lot of stuff under the beds that was cleaned before: a shoe, some haribo packs and some popcorn, so could do slightly better with that, although all the visible areas were spot on.
