One bed had stains on sheets the other had burn hole in bed spread. Staff seemed not to care and moved us to different room. Staff asked: Did you touch anything … so you know they were going to try give the room to someone else without a complete clean. 2nd room floor was not clean. Hallway carpet stained.

value was good. just have to watch the quality of some of the staff. Check desk fine.

Quiet. Our 2nd time their. Cleaning staff was careless. Wet lobby and elevator floors.

Cons:

Tables in eating area on attended to. chairs not in place in eating area. Attendant knew little english and could not provide milk and honey as requested. She kept saying "no" to all questions. The worst was the toilet seat had poop on the lid and flushing handle.

Perfect for what we needed.
Pros:

The hotel was close to my sister's house, where we spent most of our time. The hotel was also very close to stores and restaurants.

We have family in town and have been staying here every few years for the past decade. It was a fairly nice motel the first time. The last time, four years ago, the standards seemed to be ok but not as positive as before. Mainly due to the aging of the facility with 0 upgrades on the actual facility. This time, it was the same 0 upgrades, 0 positive engagement with the staff. No friendliness. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The room smelled like human sweat. The breakfast was technically edible, but no one looks forward to eating the same microwaved omelets and sausages every morning. Overall, it seems to suffer from a lack of good ownership, because a good owner would strive to make a positive impression instead of an indifferent one.

Hot tub and pool not in use, average breakfast. Otherwise a good place.

Cons:

They should not advertise amenities that they do not have- A hot tub and pool. I booked this place because they offered these but neither was functional during my 4 night stay. I wish I had paid a few dollars more to stay at the Hampton which actually has these . If their price were lower, I could see staying at Comfort-otherwise, no worth the price.
