Would definitely stay again but eat somewhere else.
Pros:

Excellent accessible room . Disabled parking directly opposite main door.

Friendly and efficient welcome from Daniel in the desk who went out of his way to be helpful. A great asset to the hotel- a star!

Cons:

Dining room easy to find. Large. Efficient and helpful staff. And the food passable but totally outweighed by the overwhelming atmosphere - so gloomy! Dark, old-fashioned dark brown, dark grey and black was so depressing! Needs a re-vamp and brighten. Definitely didn’t want to eat breakfast there the next morning, though my hungry husband did.

nice clean room and a good breakfast, unfortunately could open the window only a tiny bit. Obviously for security but was a bit sticky in the room

Comfortable, convenient stay, with friendly, helpful staff and great breakfast.
Pros:

The room was well furnished and of good quality. Reception was friendly and helpful at check in and check out and booked us a taxi. The breakfast was excellent, with good explanations given and custom cooked options. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Overall it was good. I thought the messaging on the lift ("you are not authorized to use this floor") sounded officious - a reminder to swipe our card would have been better. We had a room set up for those with disabilities - which was a good thing for the hotel to offer. In our case, we did not realise light switches were lower down (under card that kept the air conditioning working) and the bathroom door banged into the main door - we also needed someone else to explain to use that the card by the door was not a room card, but to keep air-conditioning on. These were minor inconveniences.
