It's an excellent hotel, the staff is very friendly, especially Laura, who is very nice and a very sweet person.
Exactly as expected
No frills
Convenient access by car. Restaurant and bar as well as the 24-hour gym are great!
Decent and spacious room with good supply of basic amenities. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Reception staff Daniel is very efficient, helpful and humorous who helped our check in process smooth and worry-free.
Room and service were good. Staff were friendly. Kateryna at the breakfast service was super friendly and helpful.
Laura provided excellent customer service. Every question was answered with a smile and she even brought out breakfast items personally.
I would like to compliment Laura for her outstanding service during breakfast.
She was warm, friendly, and approachable, making guests feel genuinely welcomed. When I wanted to make myself a coffee, I found that the guest coffee machine was out of service. Without me having to ask, Laura immediately took the initiative to prepare a coffee for me using another machine located away from the guest area.
Her proactive attitude, willingness to help, and attention to detail turned what could have been a minor inconvenience into a pleasant experience. Laura’s excellent customer service and positive attitude are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you, Laura, for going the extra mile to make my breakfast experience enjoyable.

Efficient air conditioning in the room

No plug at one side of the bed you expect plugs/ USB port at both sides of the bed
Very modern, clean and close to where I was going the next day.
Only issue was that the room was exceptionally hot. The air con did not come out cold and even with a fan we were sweltering.
Initially booked wrong dates . Changing reservation was easy and hassle free
Had late check in which was also smooth and efficient

Tired rooms, bathroom shower needed replaced as bits falling off, not clean looking
We had a great stay here. The rooms are very comfortable, but the dining experience was a real highlight thanks to the amazing restaurant staff. They are all so welcoming, but a special shoutout goes to Laura. She is incredibly attentive to every guest and genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a fantastic meal. Thank you, Laura!
