Location handy for office.
Hotel felt dated. The staircase felt like it was for staff only - looked like an old office block staircase!
Aiir con unit very noisy - especially if setting to "auto". It came on in the middle of the night and woke me up!
Room lighting poor - no ceiling lights! Had to rely on lamps like it was the Victorian Ages!
On site parking very poor too - had to park in shopping centre. Website instructions for alternative parking very poor.
Coffee machine at breakfast is foul - tastes like a cheap vending machine.
Staff on reception very welcoming. Godd breakfast but poor coffee
Rooms dated. Still had step in in baths with plastic shower head.

The hotel is tired beyond belief and massively expensive for what it is. I stayed in the Hilton up the road last week and the room was bigger, newer and smarter.

Bed was hard as to the point I was moved to another room which saved me.
Lifts were out of order a lot due to mechanical failure so stairs were not option
Fijne ligging om Londen te bezoeken. Station is maar 5 minuten lopen en rechtstreekse lijn naar Waterloo station. Ontbijt en service ook uitstekend.
Het avondeten vond ik wat minder, de pizza kwam volgens mij uit de magnetron en parkeren kan alleen als er plek is in de garage en prijzig.
