Everything
Clean, friendly staff, great location
The beds were not very comfortable
Location
Was not clean there were nail vlippings on the floor, doors looked very worn, no coffèe pots in room and doors slammed all night long couldnt sleep. Also toilet paper stuck in hole in ceiling tile in shower
Everything... but the beds. BUT... everything else was wonderful! Clean, tidy, friendly, great location. Will be reserving a room there again when we come back. For the price and the deal i got... it was great!
Just the mattresses. Everything else was awesome.
Nothing
It was dirty ! Out sheets had stains on them , the mattress pad had stains on it , the sheets and pillows had stains on them .. tow young girls maybe 14 and 7 knocked on doors on the second floor at 7:15 am asking us to leave so they can clean the rooms. Check was at 11:00. When the front desk was notified of it, the lady behind the counter, just smiled and shrugged her shoulders and said call corporate.. will never stay there again . They refused to refund monies back , she said that it was not her problem.
This hotel has a lot to be desired. The first being no elevator and as a multi level hotel makes me question its ADA compliance, even though there are first floor rooms. The front desk staff were ok, but not friendly. The room had an immediate undertone of smoke, although there was a sign stating no smoking and fines imparted if smoke was detected. So I worry about getting a fine though we don’t smoke.
Working fridge, microwave, telephone. The tv offered free Directv on demand but I tried three movies to stream and none of them were successful to begin in a 15 minute time frame.
The worst part was the lobby. Our room was three rooms away from the lobby and there was an obnoxious circle of women having a discussion or book club or something. They made their circle through the entire lobby and I needed to politely ask them to move so that I could get around their circle to the front desk. When I walked back through, they got silent. They absolutely had no cares though, because they were laughing and carrying on so loudly at 9:30, I had to call the front desk and ask them to quiet them down. It is a hotel, after all and not a bar. It wasn’t until 10 pm that the front desk staff did anything about it, but they carried on until 10:30. This was after I saw and heard the staff member yell loudly at a kid for running in the hall.
The walls were very thin. Heard every conversation and door slam, even throughout the night.
Breakfast was meh. They offered waffles with peanut butter, butter, syrup, toast and jam. There were two types of cereal, raisin toast, regular bread, as well as a few tubs of yogurt, but the juice was the most watered down variety I’ve ever had, in both the cranberry and apple. No taste.
Showers could have been cleaner. It doesn’t take much to stay on top of that. There was a light fixture that had a large opening to the ceiling that you could see wires and the light bulb appeared to have melted the surrounding plastic of the socket. The shower did have good hot water. Towels were ok, clean but thin and not wide.
Ok
Nothing. The property did not meet my standards. We checked in and checked out in under 15 minutes.
The mattresses were covered in blood on one and the other was covered in what appeared to be black mold.
Good location & excellent value.
Decent place

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Horrible experience. The room had a terrible smell, and the towels were dirty with hair entangled in them, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the water temperature in the shower constantly fluctuated, making it very dangerous and uncomfortable to use.
I tried multiple times to speak with a manager about these issues. I specifically asked to talk to the manager, but I was unable to reach them. The staff refused to tell me when the manager would be available to take my call, and I was eventually hung up on.
Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
