Overall, simple one night stay
Pros:

Room was comfortable and reasonably priced

Cons:

Dirt build up on the floors edges, ceiling in the bathroom looked molded/rusted, stained mattress, garbage under the bed

I would give our stay a C-
Pros:

The price was acceptable. They gave us a room on the main level as we asked. I liked that they offered make-it- yourself waffles and that you can get yogurt from a machine for breakfast, but wish there were berries to add to the yogurt. The window in our room had a great window darkening blind, making it totally dark even well after dawn so it was easy to sleep without being forced awake by unwanted sunlight. We were able to get a room for the dates we requested, but now, after having stayed there, I sadly can see why as you can see in what could have been better below.

Cons:

The walls of the room are paper thin so we could hear when people were talking loud at 11pm in the lobby when we were trying to sleep. The tub was not very clean, and the baseboard was peeling away at the base of the tub. There was a water bug or cockroach, we aren't sure which, in the bathroom that scuttled behind the toilet. The man at the desk was often not friendly or helpful. When I greeted him in the morning, he completely ignored me and I saw him completely engrossed in whatever he was doing on his cell phone instead of being attentive to us as paying guests. The layout of the bathroom was strange with very little room to place your clothing or bath towel for showering. Placement of bath towels was also strange as these and the toilet paper were under the sink on shelves, hard to reach or see when needed. The full length mirror was fine where it was, except there was no light source near it to see by, even when all lights were on. My wife and daughter complained about the beds being uncomfortable, but to be honest, they were fine for me. When the AC was on, it was cool in the room, but when it stopped, it immediately started to get too warm, so I found myself removing and putting the covers back on all night. There was no comfortable chair in the room and very little to connect electronic devices at the room desk. There were not enough plug in points throughout the room in areas where one could put their devices for charging. There was no alarm clock on the night stand, which is a first for any hotel room I've ever stayed in. Lucky for me, I was able to use my own phone and a second that I happened to bring for my adult daughter so both of us could roll over to see the time as we slept at night. There should have been at least one clock, if not two (one for each bed, preferably). I wish the hotel offered almond or coconut milk as a non dairy alternative as my wife wanted coffee but cannot have dairy products.

Nice hotel with updated rooms and Affordable. Needs better cleaning but the beds were clean.

Most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. If it wasn’t for exhaustion and not being able to drive I never would’ve stay

Nothing it was filthy. We didn’t even stay the amount of time we booked.

I will not return to this location again.
Pros:

Breakfast was bare minimum.

Cons:

I was in the 1st room by the desk. I was kept up at night with noisy guests running the hall and woken up at 7 with the same kids.
I went to check out "the pool" it was in the back of the hotel fenced in, high weeds around it, no chairs to sit, not inviting, hence no pics on tge internet. Terrible.
