Fomos mal tratados na chegada pelo funcionário do estacionamento. Ele disse que não podia manobrar o carro porque o hotel estava cheio e nos mandou encontrar um lugar pra estacionar na rua. Estávamos descendo as malas e ele começou a gritar conosco pela janela do carro que manobrava atrás pra que saíssemos logo da frente. Entramos e o funcionário do balcão pediu desculpas e foi solicito. Subimos e o quarto é bonito mas o banheiro é todo aberto e o box molha todo o corredor. Pedimos room service pro meu filho pequeno, purê de batatas, arroz e carne, pra ele comer melhor pq nós íamos pedir pizza. Ele comeu e acordou vomitando 3 da manhã e ficamos 3 dias com ele passando mal. Na manhã do segundo dia resolvemos deixar o hotel, chocados com a situação. Fomos pra um Airbnb e foi a melhor coisa que fizemos, o hotel foi trágico.

It was great!!
Pros:

Perfect! The whole hotel is clean, smells good and the breakfast was delicious! The bed and room were so confortable! My children were very welcomed with gifts and the staff was very kind!

Cons:

The pool is not properly lighted at night - it could be better, it would be more pleasant.
