Excelente estadia em Curitiba!
Pros:

Equipe do hotel que tivemos contato foram sempre muito cortes e prestativos, quartos confortáveis e um excelente café da manhã além da localização ser muito interessante no bairro Batel.
Uma situação que também gostaria de mencionar foi o tratamento dado quando precisamos alterar a data do check out, onde a atuação do atendente foi igualmente ágil e cortes, mostrando a qualidade do atendimento como um padrão.

Cons:

Aqui deixo somente uma sugestão sobre os utensílios disponíveis nos quartos.
Sendo disponibilizado sabonete líquido para banho, seria interessante oferecer também esponja/espuma de banho, o que elevaria ainda mais a qualidade percebida dos hóspedes.

Quarto muito bonito e de bom gosto. Chuveiro excelente e boas roupas de cama.

A descarga do banheiro faz muito barulho quando é acionada, talvez mereça um pouco de manutenção.
