Clean and quiet
Everything was great
All they had left was a handicap room which is fine because when I called staff was nice enough to inform me, however, the pull out bed that my son slept
Friendly staff, good service. Would of appreciated if early check-in was offered.
There was 3 things that were broken, told the desk about it, nothing was looked at.
The t.v. In the living room area didn’t work otherwise very happy with the room.
Lack of non stick cooking ware and they removed the hot tub and it was something that I was looking forward to no steak knives and broken glass closet doors

This inn is great, the breakfast is amazing and the area is also clean and quiet.
We had such an amazing stay! My boyfriend and I were in town for a concert and had to get a room last minute due to the original hotel being severely unclean. The staff was incredible and the room was amazing!
Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff friendly and overall enjoyed our stay. A few small hiccups, such as the lobby bar not being open, and lack of coffee at breakfast buffet in morning. Other than that, we were satisfied with our choice.

The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. The carpet was old and stained and all of the furniture was broken and the drawers didn’t stay shut in the bureau. The toilet handle was falling out of the toilet. Very outdated room 112.

Facilities and staff overall were good and friendly. Asked for and received a quiet area room not on first floor. Did not utilize pool or exercise areas.
My room was not very clean, especially the bathroom, had stains on the tub and on doors. Need better cleaning service.
The hotel property itself and lobby looked well kept. The staff at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. There was easy onsite parking. But here’s why I took off two stars:
- I couldn’t do a mobile checkin and key until 4:15 which was 15 mins after the checkin time so I had to do a regular checkin.
-When I checked out there was a guest/man in his pajamas and no shoes at the desk asking questions (the no shoes is what bothered me)
-The pull out mattress is not for anyone over 80lbs. The “mattress” was like sleeping on a thin army cot and the springs creaked and felt like they were going to give way. Also no extra sheets for the mattress pad/pull out in the room.
-The refrigerator was so loud it sounded like a
Locomotive all night.
-The door to the bedroom was cracked and the door handle didn’t really work.
