No disturbance
Employees not fulfilling my requests
It was cheap.
The bed was squeaky and the mattress was uncomfortable. The Dynasty Inn in Redlands has the memory foam firm type. The shower pressure and spray was weak. There was a poor and dark vibe in the lobby.
Cleanliness
We rented the honeymoon suite it was well worth it jacuzzi tub is awesome. Could easily sleep five people if three of them are kids.
They had many toiletries available but I still suggest bringing your own no hand soap in the bathroom soap dispenser.
close to the nos center
the room smelled like cigarettes. asked front desk for extra sheets on saturday he said nah theres no one here till monday. (i saw housekeeping walking around on sunday). dude didnt want to help at all.

The bathroom smelled and the bathroom door seemed to be eaten by termites.
Staff was very pleasant and made me feel as if they knew me for some time but I had just met them so I really liked that another plus is anything I needed there was no hesitation in making sure I got it and that to me is on point great place to stay at a decent price with great customer service and I would come back and stay no questions asked . Location is great so many stores local and restaurants bus stops ucr you name it and u will find one near thumbs up....
Could of been deep cleaned well only the jacuzzi tub in the room I'm talking about detailed crevices other then that it was clean and nice comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
It was clean and the room was comfortable. Only one night.
Large gap in the door. Could see the parking lot lights through the gap.
Entering the room it stank of cigarettes and "old". The shower knobs were clearly broken/poor functioning. The microwave was broken. Walls are thin and heard the neighbors arguing during the night.
