Pros:

Le petit déjeuner, l'hôtel est bien pensé, des petits coins salon qui donnent envie de s'assoor, de lire.

Cons:

Le manque de climatisation dans la chambre où nous étions, Étant donné les chaleurs croissantes, il serait intéressant que toutes les chambres les aient.

Annoying to relax if you are travel with dog

The view and location are absolutely amazing. Good breakfast, nice spa area.

Cons:

Dogs are allowed in the hotel and rooms, but not allowed for breakfast. It is very annoying. It is better to have an option for breakfast with a dog or make this place aka a dog-unfriendly -hotel

Pros:

The rooms and the entire hotel and very beautifully decorated. The views are great.
The spa is excellent, thought it does get quite busy.
Staff were very nice and helpful.
Not too far from town.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but lacked some fresh ingredients (e.g. tomatoes/cucumbers/other veggies would help) and they only had filter coffee.
The restaurants were were much more expensive than what you get in town. Also, seating was limited and you had to reserve well before (having to plan all your meals in advance is not exactly ideal for a vacation). And in general, for a rainy area where people may not want to go out, there should be more capacity at the hotel restaurants.

Dommage ça aurait pu être mieux !

Room service et offre de restauration pas au niveau du reste. Pas bon et très cher, pour moi c'est vraiment dommage, ça dénote du reste car la piscine est très bien, la chambre également était confortable.

J'ai commandé deux plats à 37€ chacun, qui n'étaient franchement pas bons, nous ne les avons même pas mangé, aucun geste de la part de l'hôtel et une hôtesse à l'accueil qui semblait au fait que la qualité de la nourriture n'était pas bonne mais qui ne savait pas trop quoi faire de cette information quand nous lui avons notifié à la fin du séjour.

Au bar j'ai commandé un cocktail qui était à la limite du buvable car beaucoup trop épicé et alcoolisé.

Le petit déjeuner était correct mais moins bon qu'auparavant j'ai trouvé.

J'ai voulu ajouter une nuit en plus, j'ai appelé le standard téléphonique avant mon séjour (pas simple d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone d'ailleurs j'ai du m'y essayer à de nombreuses reprises) aucune flexibilité proposée, on m'explique que je suis forcée de quitter l'établissement entre midi et 16h le temps de changer de chambre, je n'ai donc pas booké la nuit supplémentaire mais j'ai trouvé que l'approche était un peu étonnante et clairement pas arrangeante. Je précise que l'hôtel n'était pas complet car j'avais la possibilité de booker plusieurs chambres en ligne.

Nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente in posizione eccezionale. Personale molto attento e cordiale. Spazi comuni molto curati e piacevoli. Camera sufficientemente spaziosa. Comoda la possibilità di fare apericena abbondante nella zona bar (più informale del ristorante).

Cons:

Gli spazi verdi delle camere che danno sul giardino non sono separati da siepi o fioriere (poca privacy). Il giardino comune che guarda il mare è poco curato e la staccionata che delimita l'albergo dal sentiero pubblico avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione. La SPA ha poco "charme" ed è sottodimensionata visto che è aperta anche agli esterni che utilizzano gli stessi locali. La colazione è abbondante ma molto internazionale standard e poco legata al territorio: la pasticceria è quasi inesistente. Un po' sgradevole la tariffa di 10 euro al giorno per il parcheggio per gli ospiti dell'hotel (che si può raggiungere soltanto in auto...).

Es scheint einbisschen in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Das inflexible Personal, denke es ist leider ziemlich französisch. Zuerst immer Nein sagen, bei Sachen die leider keinen Sinn machen.

Beautiful setting overlooking Saint Malo, with a few points that could be improved.
Pros:

Excellent location for the hotel and a stunning view of the bay. The saltwater pool was very pleasant, with a fantastic view. Good wellness center. Both restaurants and the breakfast were excellent. Staff service was good and prompt.

Cons:

The room did not live up to the rest of the property or to a 4-star hotel standard. The wardrobe was impractical and had a broken door. No smart TV. The bathroom was very small, uncomfortable, and poorly functional.

Attention needed…
Pros:

We were allocated ‘superior cottage’ room, a short walk from the main hotel.
Initial impressions were it was dirty - stained bathroom grout and leaking shower. Cobwebs. Hair from last guests and mould on windows, needed a deep clean.
Fridge was broken, when I raised this with the front desk I was sarcastically told ‘it’s a mini bar not a fridge’. To my knowledge both are supposed to cool food and drinks - I was told they’d investigate. They didn’t.
Plates and cutlery were dirty.

Difficult to find sun loungers people reserve early with towels and go out for the day leaving them unoccupied for hours. The hotel don’t monitor this so don’t expect to sunbathe impulsively. The pool was a nice space however.

Advertised with a kids club, but it’s closed most of the time. No reason, just closed. Doesn’t really make sense in August?

The €10 a day parking charge is unnecessary and greedy.

The hotel is beautifully located and a short walk to the beach, bar selection very nice and food to a good standard on the occasions we ate but really needs to work on the basics.
