Will return to stay again for work
Pros:

Super clean rooms, friendly friendly friendly staff. I left my $200 pair of shoes in the room went about my day after checkout and was called that afternoon saying I can pick them up at the front desk. I didn’t even realize I had left them. Decent breakfast. Nadia/ Yesenia at the front desk should receive awards for how professional and communicative they are.

A good choice for an economical overnight stay.
Pros:

The room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Liked having a desk.

Cons:

I was inadvertently put in a handicap room, and had a couple concerns about its setup. Freestanding sink left no horizontal space to put things. There was a double shelf high above an open toilet (no lid), which invited disaster. And a person in a wheelchair couldn’t reach those shelves anyway. There was no hot protein at breakfast. And I was charged a $100 deposit!

Initial reception staff was great. Good location.

Cons:

Walls were thin, could hear next room TV, toilet noisy flush, fridge noisy. In morning ran out of waffle batter at 7.30am, asked for more but uninterested morning staff were useless and the said no.

Horrific experience.
Pros:

The guy at the front desk, Steven, was extremely rude and I think was racist. He first could not check us in due for 45 mins and when we enquired or said anything he snapped at us as if we were homeless people begging him to grant us a stay for the night. Never had any experience like this EVER in my life even at hotels rated as 1 star. Being polite is the least a hotel staff can do. It was not just us, there was another family who had to go through the same ordeal after us.

After all the of this my wife went down to grab some cutlery for our kids and this guy, Steven, outright denied to help her saying he was busy.

Tried talking to another lady at the front desk at the time of checking out next morning and she was literally laughing when we told her all about it. Never stay at this hotel.

Cons:

Rude and unprofessional and unacceptable staff behaviour.
