El personal encantador, buena limpieza y buena ubicación.

Cons:

Se está quedando un poco viejo, ejemplo las puertas de las habitaciones ( nos solucionaron en bombi de la llave rápidamente) o las cortinillas de la bañera.

Instalaciones del año de la polka, ducha con fuga, el retrete soltaba agua. Deben darle una vuelta al mantenimiento

Pros:

La atención del personal, tanto de recepción como de limpieza, impecable. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, en la misma Gran Vía de San Marcos, a 5 minutos del Hospital de San Marcos y a 10 minutos de la Plaza de Santo Domingo.

Cons:

No dispone de rampas y hay escaleras tanto para entrar al hotel como para acceder a los ascensores. Aunque en nuestro caso no son necesarias sí que tendría que saberse para personas con movilidad reducida o carros de bebés.
Por último, aunque la limpieza está muy bien, la puerta del baño y algún sanitario necesitarían algo más de mantenimiento.

El personal muy atento y amable
El desayuno completo

Cons:

La calefacción se enciende automáticamente y si no abres la ventana hace mucho calor.
