Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown

Overall great stay, only a couple blocks and an easy walk to the Pacers stadium. Parking is a little tricky so opted for valet parking for additional charge but was worth it, especially during the cold temperatures. Only complaint was that the thermostat in the room was faulty and temperature didn’t change to where we set it to and the phone in the room didn’t work so had to use to the hotels mobile app to contact front desk for any needs. However, at the front desk, DAVIS C. was incredibly helpful and accommodating for us. He was so polite and respectful, definitely a wonderful employee! Always grateful for pleasant interactions as we had with him. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a great centrally located hotel close to resturants and the war memorial. My first time in Indianapolis and I am really pleased with the hotel. Easy and friendly check-in/out (shout out to Lily at the front desk. Super friendly and made the process simple). Even having a classic architectural style, the hotel is updated where it counts. Very quiet, clean, and well maintained. Definitely will stay here again when I'm back in town.

Mindi and Jaden are OUTSTANDING hosts!! We are in town to see Disney on Ice for my great niece’s 3rd birthday and these two went ALL OUT to make her feel like a real princess! The valet attendants treated us like royalty when we arrived as well and I witnessed all of them treating all of the guests in this same enthusiastic manner! Most times you get lucky to be treated halfway decent by one employee, but to see 4 different employees going above and beyond for all guests is remarkable! I can’t forget to add that we were sitting on the floor in our room and it was spotless! I wouldn’t do that just anywhere, but our room was so clean I didn’t think twice about it! Thank you to Hilton Garden Inn downtown Indy for making this trip and my great niece’s birthday one to remember! ❤️

Close to the stadium and shopping

I loved the location of the hotel. The staff gave my family and I great customer service upon arrival and during our departure. I also loved how clean the hotel was. I wouldn’t mind revisiting this hotel in the future.

During my weeklong stay to lead team-building events for two different leadership groups, we received truly exceptional service from the entire hotel team.

The front desk team—especially Lilly and Jaden—took outstanding care of us throughout the week, from a smooth check-in experience to thoughtful daily dinner recommendations that made each evening enjoyable.

Richard, our banquet captain, went above and beyond with his attentiveness and efficiency, ensuring every event ran seamlessly and with great care.

A huge thank-you to Bobbi, the hotel event coordinator, whose partnership and attention to detail made the planning and execution effortless. She assembled an excellent team and was a pleasure to collaborate with from start to finish.

I sincerely look forward to working with all of you again this summer.
