Everything about this place was amazing! The view from the room, the central location, the staff were all amazing.
Would recommend this place if staying in Indianapolis
The lobby was beautiful
Not much area in bathroom for makeup. I was getting ready to attend a wedding so I really needed space. No menu for room service and restaurant was very very small. No continental breakfast available. Breakfast otherwise would have been too expensive.
The hotel staff was amazing as well
Great location. Staff were wonderful.
A little pricey.
Great location, great view of the city, comfortable,
The suggested parking garage was $50/ night or valet was $45/day
Climate control in the room was very loud
I’ve stayed at this property three separate times recently, and each visit has been consistently great. The location at Monument Circle is perfect—close to everything and very convenient.
What really stands out is the staff. Jaden at the front desk is friendly, helpful, and even remembers you when you walk in, which makes a big difference. Jamie, the shuttle driver, is incredibly sweet and engaging, making every ride enjoyable.
Overall, a welcoming and well-run hotel—I’ll definitely be staying here again.
It’s a wonderful experience with everybody right from the start of our trip. As we arrived at our airport, we were greeted by the hotel shuttle driver Jamie, she was wonderful.
And when we got to the hotel, we were greeted by the front desk host named Davis. And then, of course, the people that served us for our breakfast was so wonderful and went the extra mile to provide us with amazing service. And then when I was getting ready to leave the trip, I had to wonderful encounter with the front desk, person named Jaden. I love this hotel. This was my first time here also so thank you so much in advance for everything. Your team here had a wonderful amazing hospitable service to myself and us all.
The hotel and location are PERFECT!! Walking distance to “Indianapolis Backyard” and the BEST coffee shop ever, Java House.
Our airport shuttle driver, JAMIE, is the absolute BEST, so nice and fun. Gave us great recommendations and she is super sweet!
Jamie was amazing! On time and an enjoyable experience
Staff was awesome and very accommodating! They truly went out of their way to help make my stay wonderful! David was amazing!
It is rare for me to write a hotel review but I received a bit of customer service so unusually excellent that I felt compelled to share.
I planned a last-minute trip with my dad to the Final Four in Indianapolis. By the time we started looking for rooms, everything downtown was completely booked. I spent the entire day before our arrival checking Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and third-party apps, hoping that two rooms would open up downtown.
Finally, the Hilton app showed two rooms available at the Hilton Garden Inn, but it would only allow me to book one at a time. After booking the first room, I kept getting error messages when trying to reserve the second. I called the hotel and spoke with Mindi, explaining the situation. After confirming the reservation I had already made, she told me the hotel was fully booked and nothing was likely to open up. I asked if she could take my number in case something opened up, though I wasn’t very hopeful.
The next morning, at 7:30 a.m. while I was on my way to the airport, I received a call from Mindi (from home on her personal cell phone!) to let me know that something had opened up. She had already reserved the second room for me and was just calling to confirm I still wanted it. Keep in mind, I have minimal Hilton status and no prior relationship with this property. Mindi simply went out of her way, during what was surely one of their busiest weekends of the year, to help a guest.
Additional kudos to Jaden at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly.
The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and in an easy walk to everything downtown.
I travel to Indianapolis somewhat frequently and have always generally stayed at Le Meridien or the Westin. Going forward, I will make a point to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn whenever I’m in town because I know that they have a staff that will always go out of its way for the customer. That’s how memorable the service was.
You can’t beat the location and the customer service at this hotel. The accommodations are top notch and if you’re going to any event at Lucas oil Stadium, it’s a short wonderful walk.
Loved the location & amenities. We had a 2 queen room with a sitting area & sofabed. Lots of storage!
We initially self parked across the street. We don’t prefer valet. I used the spot hero app to find different parking for cheaper, & moved our car the next day. We paid $25/day on an event weekend vs $43 for valet. We parked in the Sales Force parking garage that is literally attached to the Hilton Garden Inn hotel. You can access it on the 3rd floor straight into the hotel with your keycard. Look for the small set of stairs on the 3rd floor with the Hilton Garden Inn sign. The front desk didn’t mention this option at all, they just said the best option was valet or the express park across the street. It was SO much easier to not have to walk outside with all our luggage. You do have to park on 4th floor or higher, but they have an elevator.
It was an amazing stay overall!
Volleyball Tournament. Great hospitality.
Mindi was amazing as well as the front desk staff. Mindi has amazing hospitality and took care of me and my friends. The rooms were clean and stocked. Overall an amazing experience!!
