I like the location the pool and gym

Cons:

I didn't like the door was hard to open and close rooms was hot and cold sometimes noisy outside

Over $900 paid for two nights. Felt over charged. Didn’t get my full refund. Missing $8.18 incidental fee. No valet parking or persons to take bags to room.

For nearly $500 per night, I would expect a free breakfast. Convenience was nice, but not a good overal value for the $$

I would return

The room was a beautiful view, very clean and cozy

It overall was nice.
Pros:

It was in a good area. Felt safe walking around. Room was nice and clean.

Cons:

It was very noisy all hours of the night. We didn’t realize they elevators to parking garage and that wasn’t very safe coming out of an alleyway. And parking is so expensive when you have already paid for room.

Ok but could have been better, check to make sure the room is clean when you first arrive.
Pros:

The location is great. Bar staff and dining staff are excellent as always, this was my 4 or 5 stay at this hotel in the last couple of years.

Cons:

The sheets were stained. Front desk wanted me to change myself. I had to request another room, this was after 11:00 pm. Did offer to send maintenance to change sheet but had to remove all our belongings for him to enter.
