El personal y el desayuno
Que no se pudiera poner el aire acondicionado de forma personalizada. Hacia mucho calor y solo estaba en caliente hasta cierta fecha que recien se podia cambiar. Y las camas, las encontre muy incomodas
The staff, the room, how clean it was and how nice it was to talk to the workers, every time I got there they make me feel at home.
Even if I tried to think of something bad I can’t come up with anything🙂

The property was located in a very good area. It was close to the main attractions and about 20 minutes from the Colosseum.
The staff was very friendly and they upgraded us to a bigger room with a balcony even though we had paid for a smaller suite.
The court yard was cute. Our window and view was nice and our bed was comfy. Coffee was good. Most of the staff was quite pleasant.
Renos weren’t complete in our room. The shower had nothing to stop the water coming out so it flooded our room twice. The lady working the first night it happened told us it’s not her job to clean - fine - I had to ask her give me something to mop and clean it up. She really wasn’t helpful in general. There’s not really any room in the bathroom to put our toiletries. They were drywalling outside our room and we had drywall dust on all of our stuff. The reception smelled like septic gas most of the time.
Staff were all lovely - friendly and very helpful. The room was great, light & airy with lots of character, a side view of the aquaduct, clean modern bathroom with waterfall shower, really comfy beds, quiet area with great local restaurants & places of historical interest within walking distance. Tip - If you want a kettle ask, & they will provide one. Breakfast was good, lots of choice.

Il est trop bruyant. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Le voisin qui prend sa douche, les femmes de ménages, les clients qui entrent tard dans la nuit… chambre petite, douche petite et sans pression
