Fantastisch verblijf dankzij top personeel en fijne locatie
Pros:

Erg fijn verblijf gehad, vooral dankzij het ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel – zij maken echt het verschil. Daarnaast een mooie, sfeervolle binnentuin, prima kamers met goede bedden en kussens en een ideale locatie met veel OV-mogelijkheden dichtbij. Zeker een aanrader!

Cons:

Als we dan iets moeten noemen: de douchecabine was wat aan de kleine kant en de watertemperatuur wisselde soms, maar dit heeft ons verblijf verder niet negatief beïnvloed.

Staying here was a highlight of my experience in Roma. The staff made traveling easier.

As soon as I arrived the staff bent over backwards to help me as I settled in and provided great recommendations for what to do in the city.

Charmantes Hotel
Pros:

Ein charmantes Hotel in bester Lage. Der Blick vom kleinen Balkon auf das Aquedukt ist wirklich schön. Für mich als Alleinreisende perfekt.

Absolut großartig: Zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit kann man sich an der Rezeption mit einem schönen Glas Wein oder einem Spritz versorgen, sodass auch der spätnächtliche Absacker auf dem Balkon möglich ist.

Nice, but not extraordinary.
Pros:

The location is what I expected. The room was a good size, although it did have a smell when we first arrived. We needed to air it out. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

I don't know who should have made me aware of the City tax that needed to be paid in cash and not charged to me credit card.

Good hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Really close to the metro station (like 10 min walk). Small hotel, rooms were clean and staff friendly and gave us some tips for the places to visit. Area where hotel is located is quite calm and quite. Our room had a balcony that was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming. From warm foods it was only eggs and bacon. Only one type of juice. Quite big selection of cold meats and cheeses though and fresh fruit every day. A really big selection of pastries.
The hotel itself lacked those little things that make hotels feel bit more luxurious and give that special feeling during the holidays.
