The location is wonderful. It’s in the heart of Nice and a short walk from the train station. The staff, especially Anna, were attentive and accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Excelente, voltarei a me hospedar quando visitar Nice.
Pros:

Localização perfeita, próxima à estação de trem e a uma distância a pé tranquila para as principais atrações. Quarto lindo, amplo e charmoso, com bar de travesseiros. Funcionários muito simpáticos!

Cons:

Faltou apenas ter uma academia de ginástica no hotel, mas recomendaram uma próxima muito boa.

Nettes Stadthotel in einer sehr zentralen Lage
Pros:

Die sehr netten hilfsberreiten Damen und Herren an der Reception,und die Dame die unsere Zimmer gereinigt hat, sie hat ihre Arbeit sehr genau genommen.

Cons:

Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat ,war der alte Aufzug,,und die Aussicht aus unserem Fenster. (Aber war jetzt auch nicht so schlimm)

Great location in safe area and walking distance to everything with the friendliest of staff
Pros:

When I arrived, I was greeted by a very welcoming receptionist which was lovely and offered me a cold drink as it was very hot outside. My luggage was taken to my room which I appreciated but I was very disappointed when I saw my very small and outdated standard room which had the fabric of the bed base falling off it. I phoned reception and very quickly was offered an alternative room which I was very satisfied with. The staff explained that they were currently undergoing renovations and were more than happy to accommodate me.
Breakfast was more than satisfactory every morning. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The location is excellent as close to lovely cafes and restaurants and walking distance to shopping area, beach and tram to Old Town.

Cons:

Standard room is very basic. Maybe ok for a night.

Goede locatie middenin het centrum, vriendelijk personeel, goed verzorgd ontbijt, goede hygiene, en service in het algemeen. We komen hier al voor de derde keer en zeker niet de laatste keer!
