staff went out of their way
Pros:

amazing check in and staff , we were dissapinted we had not booked a balcony but we were shown 2 other rooms a a larger one and one with a balcony by the manager her self ,we chose the one with a balcony , they moved us while we went for tea , no hesitation at all and on checking out travel palns for home we asked for a later check out ,we were given this with no added charge , brilliant stay, comfy beds and ample coffee and tea . very clean room . not to noisy too. we did not choose breakfast so cant comment on that however deffinantly will stay again and thankyou to the lovely team . :)

En plein centre de Nice, l'hôtel est étonnamment au calme :pas de bruit. Et surtout l'accueil a été parfait : les jeunes femmes qui ont géré notre réservation et arrivée étaient adorables et très prévenantes. Merci également pour l'accueil de nos 2 minous!!!.

Solid hotel for your Nice stay
Pros:

The property is very close to a lot of food places, stores, and monoprix. It's on the main street and close to a tram stop. It is 8mins walking distance to nice train station. The hotel was spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was solid. The reception was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons:

There's only 6 parking spots in the front of the property. However, the staff will guide you on where to park your vehicle if it's full

Meeldiv hotell hea asukohaga. Teenindus heal tasemel. Tundsin igapäevaselt, et mind märgatakse ja soovitakse pakkuda parimat. Olen Nices mitmetes hotellides olnud ja see hotell üllatas (kindlasti parem kui mõni 4 * hotell). Voodipesu kvaliteetne. Toas ootas ka tervituseks väikene külm mull, mis oli suureks üllatuseks. Hotelli vastas pood, trammipeatus ja koge ostutänav. Kõik jalutuskäigu kaugusel
