Always pleasant and convenient, just needs better ventilation in common areas.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff, shopping center nearby, clean room, very safe area

Cons:

Constant smell of marijuana in elevator and hallways, better ventilation is needed. A drunk guest is always sitting near reception and it's not a good image for this hotel, not sure why it is allowed.

The only thing I liked they have a free shuttle back and forth to LAG airport.and the driver was very nice and respectful.room was a good size.the picture is for the breakfast they offer.

I stayed six nights .The title said breakfast included but there's no breakfast it's only coffee, muffins and strawberries bar also they don't clean our room and I asked the cleaning lady the third day she said your room is not in cleaning schedule so they only clean after you leave for the next guest, the hotel allowing dogs so you hear dogs barking day and night , smell like smoke and marijuana, I called the front desk one night and asked for extra blanket the guy answered the phone he said you come down here and get it we don't serve rooms it was the guy with hair braided , and when I asked the cleaning lady the fourth day that I need clean towels and barsoup she act like she's doing me a favor and only gave me two towels, majority of workers are rude and grumpy and the only nice ones the shuttle drivers, Asian front desk and the coffee maker gentleman, also it's far from everything, I don't recommend it.

Alojamiento solo para mariguaneros

Me gustó la ubicación porque a sólo 3 minutos está la parada de guagua que te lleva al tren. Alrededor tiene varias tiendas. No hay alboroto en la calle.

Cons:

El hotel ofrece habitaciones de no fumadores pero no cumplen con esa política ya que alojan a cualquiera y les permiten fumar y todo el hotel olía a mariguana. Además de que en la habitación de al lado ocurrió un evento de violencia doméstica que nos perturbó el sueño y llamamos a recepción y nos dijeron que ya seguridad estaba trabajando la situación lo cual no fue cierto pues nunca llegó la policía, la pareja siguió discutiendo y luego se supusieron a fumar y toda la peste se metió a nuestra habitación. Además de todo esto no me gustó la habitación necesita sus cambios el gabinete tenía la formica despegada, la mesa tenía las patas viradas y los matress son duros. Solo te entregan los accesorios de cocina, jabón pasta, shampoo y acondicionador si tú lo pides y tienes que recogerlo en recepción. Lo correcto es dejar la habitación lista y acondicionada para el huésped. En el área de laundry no hay sillas para esperar. Sin embargo te indican que no debes dejar la ropa sola porque de lo contrario te la pueden descartar.
