Property is old and it shows. Rooms are in need of repairs/renovations. That being said, the management and staff are AMAZING! Everyone here goes above and beyond to accommodate each guest's needs. Delana, the manager, is a peach! Very friendly and considerate. I've witnessed her dealing with other guests and she treats everyone with respect and kindness. She was very helpful in making sure that I found a room to fit my needs. I'm staying here for 2+ months and am very happy with my new room. Sleeping great for the first time in years! Thank you Delana!!
The customer service, there were creeps up and down the hall following us, I didn’t get into my room until 4am staff had an attitude after finally letting us inside our room because our keys weren’t working at all. The lamps over the beds were rusting and chipping
Nothing really just a place to sleep on our short stay
According to the website breakfast was supposed to be included but upon check in was told they did not serve breakfast and no restaurant was within walking distance. Chemicals used to clean were really strong smelling along with attempting to cover up other odors made it hard to breathe.

Every thing
Very clean and quiet all suites property located one street back from Hwy 98 in Destin FL. Great staff at desk, Amy was able to answer questions and help to get situated. Plenty of room. I had a king suite, which also has a couch, coffee table, table and two chairs. It’s nice there’s an actual closet to store items out of the way. For the kitchen area, nice to have a full size fridge, a 2 burner stove and a microwave and sink. Also 4 cabinets for storing food or dishes. There is also conveniently located 4 washer 4 dryer laundry room down the hall. Parking lot is very large with plenty of parking and well lighted at night. The location is also close to many shopping and dining options. The staff is great, very helpful with anything you may need. Delana, Sheila, Tracy, Carolyn, Delores and Yvonne, as well as Chris in the evening.

No breakfast and the location is good
There was only one ice maker in the lobby and it was out of order and a few people complained. Our room at 325 had a faulty lock and would not work, i had to slam the door several times to get it to lock. And because a certain time at night they close a gate down, no one is there to help the customers. We slept uncomfortable until the next day and they swapped our room out in which was good.
Close to activities.
Toilet not working in 2 rooms at checkin. One employee in the building the night of checkin, and had to wait for help. Parking lot was filthy with broken glass and beer caps etc. Inside everything was old with peeling counters, and rusting hair dryer. Room wasn't attended in 4 days stay. No hand towels, and soap was what mechanics use for grease. No amenities like shampoo, or coffee. It felt like the bare minimum was being taken care of to keep this business afloat.
