Very disappointed. Felt more like a motel than a hotel

Cons:

The cleaning crew could do a better job cleaning. The ice water in the lobby was never changed. Sheets were always dirty. Everything in the room was dusty. There was no dog poop bags outside in the designated spot and we were there for THREE WEEKS. The door on the side of the building was rusted and very sharp exposed metal and would sometimes not open. Keycards sometimes wouldn’t work. The pool was dirty. The staff at the front desk had very limited English and were very hard to understand. Dryer took MULTIPLE cycles to dry our clothes completely

Cons:

The room was dirty, the toilet was not secures things were broke or falling apart. I could physically see the black mold in and on the AC unit beds were terrible pillows terrible

Convenient to where I was going

Cons:

Room was pretty dirty. My feet were black from the dirty floors. The air filters were atrociously dirty!!
I forgot to add they didn’t have my king room available, which I paid more for. They said they’d refund me, but that hasn’t been done!!

Wonderful experience
Pros:

This was a pleasant experience. The hotel was very beautiful, The staff were nice, the room was nice and clean. The shower had great water pressure and a convenient flow of hot water. I’m a shower person lol. I loved the pool it was an inside pool with comfortable warm water. Going somewhere in January when it was cold this was a pleasant surprise. The beds were comfortable. I have a bad back and I didn’t wake up in any pain. I would definitely stay here again. 6 starts if I could give it.
