Overall a lovely stay. Worth another visit when back in the area.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful; extremely helpful & very friendly. The breakfast was a good selection of items that were kept well stocked. The eating area was very clean & plenty of seating. The room was typical, beds were comfortable & the tv worked fine. My kids loved the free wifi & I loved the coffee & tea that were available 24/7! The parking lot was safe, well lit & spaces plentiful.

Cons:

The noise of the other guests was abundant; like rowdy next door & upstairs neighbors in a thinly walled apartment complex. Some of the items in the room were broken/needing repair but nothing I considered "dangerous". A bit overpriced for the accommodation but there must have been something going on in the area because all the hotels had elevated prices.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was that the bed was comfortable and soft.

Cons:

There is a very awful smell from the time you walk into the hotel all the way to the elevator and to the room. It says heated pool. The pool is not heated. It also says there’s a Jacuzzi there is no Jacuzzi. The sheets had stains on them. The toilet paper roll holder was falling off the wall. The staff at the front desk does not like dealing with third-party bookings. Overall, we lasted 30 minutes there and checked out immediately.

Cons:

The room was dirty, the toilet was not secures things were broke or falling apart. I could physically see the black mold in and on the AC unit beds were terrible pillows terrible

Very disappointed. Felt more like a motel than a hotel

Cons:

The cleaning crew could do a better job cleaning. The ice water in the lobby was never changed. Sheets were always dirty. Everything in the room was dusty. There was no dog poop bags outside in the designated spot and we were there for THREE WEEKS. The door on the side of the building was rusted and very sharp exposed metal and would sometimes not open. Keycards sometimes wouldn’t work. The pool was dirty. The staff at the front desk had very limited English and were very hard to understand. Dryer took MULTIPLE cycles to dry our clothes completely
