Cons:

The hotel is a bit old and needs maintenance. When we turn on the tap, muddy water comes out at first and then it returns to normal. The towels were dark/black in color and need to be replaced

Everything. Rooms was dirty. Staff is not friendly and welcoming. I removed the table cloth at breakfast. Cloth was full of stain. It was absolutely disgusting. Food wasn’t good at all. They can’t even make simple proper rice! I could find any milk for cereal. They only provided chocolate milk full of sugar. They even add sugar on coffee. Let us choose if we want sugar on our coffee!

It reminds me of a hotel from the 80s.

the problem is that words cannot describe what you experience in this hotel. the reception is normal but these rooms are not deluxe for guests. When I mentioned it, they said I booked this. They also forgot to mention that the pool closes at 6:00 PM.

So here what like to say is, this is the best hotel that I experience my family love to stay here but is a bit noisy, but is that doesn’t matter we like staff here very kind and smart i like to mention the gentleman TYIAS at the reception he is the best the hotel should give him awards for did a good job that it from me, i will come back in the future, thank you your staff did a great jod

This is the perfect example of a hotel that misrepresents itself on Expedia and I recommend everyone to stay away.

The photos make the hotel look well maintained and new, when in fact this could not be further from the truth.

The reception never asked whether we wanted smoking or non-smoking, and just gave us a smoking room which smelt like a rubbish tip.

The room was terrible, no hot water at all. The condition of the room is only suitable for animals, the furniture looks 50 years old, damaged through wear and tear and never replaced. The room was repainted by someone who has no idea how to paint. It was a disastrous job.

On Expedia their photos show the rooms as being so good and well maintained and then you go there and end up in a pig-sty. If I wanted such a poor room I could get this elsewhere for half the price.

The shower also does not work properly and seriously needs to be maintained.

The breakfast is very average for a foreigner. The breakfast is well suited for a local, but not a westerner. You order a "hot" latte and it always comes luke warm at best. I tried three times, and then gave up ordering hot coffee.

We complained to reception when leaving and they said they would make sure we got a better room when we come next time. Seriously! Why would I come back here a second time when Medan has a hundred hotels to choose from. I come to Medan for business, so I will be coming here a lot in the future, but this hotel has certainly lost my business.
