Great location. Clean rooms and great value

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was super friendly. Katie at the front desk was very helpful. Everybody was nice. The room was nice and comfortable. The continental breakfast, the complementary soup and salad at night was an added bonus. The hotel connects to the Centennial Trail, which was great for walking my dog and the hotel offers a great view of the river. Definitely be staying there again. I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay at the hotel. I was happy with everything. Only thing I could add is don’t believe they had any movie channels or any way for me to connect on Netflix or YouTube to the TV to watch other movies butother than that the state was fantastic

Very friendly staff! Breakfast had a great variety of things. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The kids had the best time in the pool too 😊

Room was clean with sofa and table to eat at. Beds were very comfy. Liked the fact glassware in room was not plastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet (with real silverware and plates not plastic disposable) was very good. Very dog friendly place and outside areas were clean. Only complaint was the complementary glass of wine or beer in evening. My daughter was not able to join because she still had a vertical id in Washington State. She is 21 years old to drink but did not her new id yet and they won’t accept it for id even tho her id was legal and shows her age.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps away from amazing restaurants and great shopping. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the warmest, friendliest staff (and the most handsome good boy with the happiest wagging tail 🐾).

Our room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were truly what dreams are made of — we slept so well. The pre-ordered mimosas waiting for us, along with a sweet handwritten note, were such a thoughtful touch. The pool, sauna, and steam room were all impeccably clean and incredibly relaxing — perfect for a Valentine’s weekend getaway.

We’re already looking forward to coming back in a few weeks to celebrate my birthday!

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Room was spotless , breakfast buffet was better than the normal. We’ll be staying there again the next time we are in Spokane

Everyone spoiled us! We asked and they delivered. We decided to have our grandson stay and he needed a toothbrush. The answer was yes and no charge. We asked if our daughters dog could stay in our room, yes with the fee. We enjoyed our special drinks with the soup and salad that was complimentary! We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, with working jets. Our stay was wonderful. My only suggestion is to change up the breakfast, mini omelets or have and egg scramble or something different. We highly recommend Oxford Suites at Spokane Valley near the mall.

All was very good...the facility is starting to show a little age, wear and tear however it's fine!
Breakfast was good, lady in the breakfast room was excellent, and so was the front desk folks!

Great breakfast and dinner reception in the evening. The complementary meals/drinks, pool/spa, location and the reasonable price you pay makes this a great value hotel along with having a sense of security on the grounds as well. Located on the centennial trail is a nice plus for those wanting to take a walk, run, or bike ride during their stay. Only complaint is Corporate took out the bread sticks at the evening reception, that is a shame as they were the best.
