It’s was okay but not worth the price and the front desk is rude.
Pros:

The front desk woman was not very friendly. She even hung up on me when I asked for a comforter and told me I can have a blanket and didn’t let me speak.

Cons:

The front desk. I did not like being hung up on, and I did not like not being able to have another comforter. One of them in our room was dirty.

Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed here travelling across the country. Nice rooms, good breakfast, and a good pool. Easy access to the freeway though the mall area lacks some charm.

Room was clean and comfortable, love the amenities but the best part was Tia at the front desk...she's incredible! This is now my hotel of choice when going through Spokane Valley.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

Very friendly staff and clean property. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was also comfortable but did have a dip - probably needs to be replaced. The breakfast was decent and again the staff was very kind.

Cons:

Nothing, it was a good place to stay for 3 nights

5 billion/10. Wanted to extend our stay here because everything was so good. The bed was divine, the breakfast was great, and there’s a little walking trail along the river. Will only stay here for future Spokane stays

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were quiet and spacious.
