Very clean and quiet.

Professional, Friendly and accommodating.

Stayed for a night on the way to Glacier from Mt. Rainier. Got a good deal on a 2Q/1K 2bedroom combo. Room was very clean and ready when we arrived with a good atmosphere and good AC. Front staff were very nice. A few drink coupons were given for the night, but limited to well drinks. Bartender was very nice and made us a drink. Room was quiet, but ceilings are thin. Breakfast was great with good coffee and hot eggs/meats/pancakes. Good value for the money. Location was excellent and easy to get to from I-90. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

My family and I stayed at Oxford Suites for a few weeks while we were displaced. We stayed in room 215 and 203. Both rooms were very very clean, they did house keeping a couple times while we were there upon our request. The food, drinks, and customer services was top tier. Every day they looked for a bigger room for us as we were there with our 2 children and 2 dogs. They happened to be out of the family rooms during most of our stay. But they accommodated us on short notice. We loved how we were treated with open arms. Thank you to all of the staff for being there for us every step of the way!

The room is large and clean! They provide complementary breakfast and soup/salad for the evening. Stuffs are friendly and the location is good—— across from a mall.

Everything was great with the exception of the TV sound worked poorly

I go monthly for business and stay here every time. The staff Is awesome. If you check in later in the afternoon You will probably be greater at the front desk by Cindy and if you’re lucky enough you will get to meet Welker. Views of the river and Marmots from the upper levels are great too. The Mall Is right across the street along with plenty of nearby restaurants as well. Going for a walk along the river Is beautiful too.

I stayed there for 3 nights with my granddaughter on the Silverwood package. Nas greeted us when we arrived and took amazing care from beginning to our last day. He went above and beyond to make sure we gad a great time, especially when I left our tickets in the room. I called the front office and he answered. Nas made sure the text would work and texted the tickets over. Saving me HUGE!! Thank you again.

Location is very convenient, close to so many stores and restaurants, and easy trail access. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean, and river view was really nice. Kids enjoyed the pool very much.

Bring your fan. There must have been sports team staying there. Pool was overrun with young teens without supervision. There was loud noise and commotion outside our windows until it got dark out. Then we had to deal with kids running up and down hallways at 10 pm. Called front desk and was told they were “trying to wrangle them in”. Hotel was nice. Experience was not!

Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms - on a family trip and needed somewhere easy and convenient to stay. Worked out great for us. Pool was great to burn kiddo energy!
