Laramie Wyoming. I would definitely stay here again! Staff was over the top nice and helpful, breakfast was great with lots of options. Water was hot and great pressure, beds had a topper on them so slept soundly
The front desk staff was excellent; welcoming, helpful, caring. Clean and well maintained facilty. Good hallway lighting. Quiet. Near fuel stations. Short drive to the town with restaurants, grocery, university. Exercise room clean, well lit, and all equipment in good repair.
Small rooms with inadequate lighting.. Sink located in the entrance to the room providing no privacy. The building needs updating. Improvements needed in the lobby furniture, updated walls/pictures/paint scheme.
The shower did not work in our room. The faucet handle simply fell out of the wall. Upon notifying the front desk they told us they can't provide a different room, but reassured that the manager will talk to us in the morning. The manager was not present the next morning, and the front desk lady refused to provide any contact information. They told us we will be contacted about a compensation but that never happened.
I would not stay at this place again.
2nd time staying here. One of the nicest and cleanest places I've ever seen. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Great breakfast. I'll definitely be back when I am in the area.
Everyone were very helpful and pleasant to chat with. On Sunday August 16 we stayed at the hotel overnight. When we checked in we had an issue with hotel keys not locking the door to our room. The lady that was at the desk was very helpful and got to the bottom of the issue and fixed it. The morning help that sets up the breakfast buffet was very helpful and made sure we were totally taken care of for breakfast.
We chose the Days Inn for our base in Laramie, WY. Vicki greeted us warmly and made sure our room requests were honored. Our room was quiet, clean & spacious. The bed & linens were very comfortable. The shower's water pressure was great. The AC was appreciated, especially since the weather was quite warm. The following morning, Vicki chatted with us at breakfast & wanted to know if we had a comfortable rest. Basic breakfast offerings. This hotel met all of our needs.
Breakfast was tasty with a lot of choice. Room was comfortable and the pool was refreshing.
The hot tub was a bit green and we couldn’t find how to work it - there was no one about to ask and we couldn’t find the pool towels (a sign in our room said they were at the pool)

This hotel is my “home away from home.” The staff is super kind and considerate. They always make facilities are always super clean and well maintained.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable, quiet and pet friendly with a very accommodating staff, super good complimentary breakfast, nice indoor pool and workout room. Easy access via west Curtis St off hwy 80 and right near Pilot gas station. Highly recommend it and we will stay there again. Thank you. Mike
just the best place i have ever stayed. Vicki and her husband Watson were just the best hosts. Everything was Spotless, friendly and the atmosphere was perfect. I will always stay there if in the area. Highly recommended. location was close to interstate and the room and service was beyond my expectations. The staff worked long hours, very hard and I would hire them if I was in the hotel business. Positive personality and I thank them
