The room was clean and comfortable.
The location
Dirty carpets and noisy equipment, fridge had a vibration and loud enough noise that make imposible to sleep.
The hotel lived up to its promise. Good value, clean room, breakfast included.
Not much going on in Laramie. That's not the hotel's fault, though.
The Good:
We stayed here for the University of Wyoming’s Discovery Days. Finding a room with three queen beds was a huge win for our family of five—it’s very rare to find that kind of space! The location is perfect for visiting the campus, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during an easy check-in.
Unfortunately, several major issues made our stay very difficult:
Despite the high price point—comparable to highly-rated hotels—the room was in total disrepair:
Broken Fridge: The fridge door was hanging off its hinge. Opening it required holding it in place, which caused the entire unit to tilt out of the dresser. It also cycled on and off randomly; all the food we brought back from restaurants spoiled, and our ice cream melted.
Major Accessibility Failure: This hotel is listed as ADA compliant, yet there is no elevator. Being placed on the second floor with a bad back was a nightmare. To make matters worse, the "ADA" front door slams so hard it hit me twice.
Maintenance Issues: The shower fixtures and ceiling were rusted/stained, and the "bulk" soap and shampoo dispensers were completely empty. The TV was also "possessed"—the volume would blast to 100% randomly and it often wouldn't turn off.
The "View": Our window looked directly onto the shingles of the entrance roof and a wall.
Poor Breakfast: The selection was so subpar we had to spend extra money eating out every morning.
Verdict:
This location has so much potential because of the room size and location, but the lack of maintenance and misleading ADA info made this a very frustrating stay. For the price we paid, we expected a functional room.

I like the location. I loved how the staff greet us and checked on us while we had breakfast.. Very good customer service.

The hotel was easy to get to and the staff was very friendly. We came in late in a snow storm while doing a cross country trip and made the booking online. Check in was easy and I was able to get an extra blanket for my room. The room was exceptionally clean with a clean and comfortable bed.
Everything went great we slept well.

Breakfast was good.
Out of date. Lots of remodeling going on. No elevator & no first floor rooms. Registration was fraught. Desk clerk would not accept the photo ID on my phone wallet. Needed actual DL because “‘illegals’ were using fake IDs”.

Beds and pillows were heavenly. We had a long day due to an I80 closure, and the gentleman working the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and empathetic.
There was a fair bit of light coming into our room, even with the curtains closed, and the light/fan in our particular room was quite loud. Nothing that would deter us from staying again, though!
