Overall good but not great!
Pros:

I wasn't greeted as a loyalty member or at all. Also, wasn't thanked for coming when leaving. The bedroom carpet had a stain; I saw a few ants in the room; and underneath the bed needs cleaning. Other than those things, it was a very goid experience as usual: quiet, safe, neat, organized, great breakfast! Just needs better service and attention to details.

The property was ok. It was in a decent area and it was close to the venue we were there for.

Cons:

We booked the junior king suite and it is was not very clean. The couch was stained and dirty. We didn’t even want to sit on it. There was a stain on the side of the bed that looked like dried vomit. It just set the tone that the hotel was not clean.

Terrible they were rude and the property was dirty and was not cleaned properly

It was dirty the workers were rude and didn’t want to do their job the doors were broken you had to close them hard for them to stay closed the light fixtures were dirty they didn’t clean the rooms good and had nasty attitudes and I actually caught the works talking about us saying it be your own people because my two year old Neice made a mistake and dropped some cereal in the elevator literally maybe 6 pieces
