We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent throughout our stay.

We would especially like to thank Mr. Moein, who truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, he always greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. He consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued, and he played a major role in making our stay feel special and memorable. His attention to detail, thoughtful gestures, and outstanding hospitality exceeded all our expectations.

Mr. Moein also provided us with excellent recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and activities in the city, all of which turned out to be fantastic. In addition, he arranged several special touches within the hotel that made us feel truly appreciated as guests. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication are a real credit to the hotel.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Ms. Valentina, the hotel manager. She was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.

The rooms were very comfortable, and the in-room technology was easy and convenient to use, including the lighting and air-conditioning controls. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, new, modern, and comfortable.

The hotel's location was also excellent and made it easy to get around.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely return to this hotel in the future. Highly recommended!

We spent five wonderful days at art’otel Roma Piazza Sallustio while visiting Rome, and overall it was a truly excellent experience. The hotel is beautifully located, very clean, stylish, comfortable and perfectly suited for a city break. It is not an enormous hotel, but that is part of its charm — it feels intimate, welcoming and very pleasant to return to after a long day of exploring the city.

The staff were exceptionally kind, professional and helpful, especially the gentlemen at reception, who were always polite, discreet and ready to assist us whenever needed. Although we spent most of our time sightseeing and did not use many of the hotel’s facilities, everything we experienced was absolutely on point. The rooms were very nice, well kept, clean and comfortable, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was elegant, calm and friendly.

We also really enjoyed the breakfasts. They were simple in the best possible way, but very tasty, fresh and with a lovely Italian touch, which made each morning feel special. Everything felt well organised, thoughtful and pleasant.

There was only one small unpleasant moment connected with an accidental minibar charge that did not concern us, but we understand that mistakes can happen, and it did not change our very positive impression of the hotel. Overall, we genuinely recommend art’otel Roma Piazza Sallustio. It is a very good hotel, with excellent service, a great location, wonderful cleanliness and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
