Where do I start?
1. Charged us unauthorized fees for "a pool party" on a court ordered visitation. When the only unauthorized were 2 foster parents.
2. Charged us a cleaning fee just because we had children. We cleaned the room ourselves before we left.

The rooms were nasty and nothing was clean. Staff is rude.

Hotel is decent but expected better for the price.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and the location was good. The lobby was also nice and the pool set up.

Cons:

The room was kinda gross had used forks stuffed in between our couch cushions and hair all over the toilet. The pool ran out of towels and did not restock even when asked to or for more towels.

Staff was great!! Very welcoming!! Room was clean and welcoming as well. We didnt spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep but would overall would recommend! Breakfast was ok had decent options for what is expected.

Cons:

The bathroom had visible hair from either a previous guest or staff on the floor and tub. The drain of the tub looked like it needs an esthetic repair (looked like mold but obviously wasn't, just old and needing some mending.) Can tell the fruit on the breakfast bar was frozen then thawed or old/ wasnt very "fresh." Would still recommend a stay overall!

Comfortable stay and highly recommend
Pros:

The staff was the best part they were exceptional. They were very friendly, helpful, and attentive to any needs. I had even forgot earrings, and I messaged the front desk over the app, and they held the earrings for me until after our dance competition ended, and I could go back and get them. And the night before the gentlemen working were so helpful and so friendly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. The only downfall was hearing footsteps and other kids running around, but we were in town for a dance competition and the staff did tell us that other teams were staying there as well so like always that is as expected and that’s moron the families instead of the hotel.
