exceptional service & accommodations
Pros:

large room with huge TV, very clean. Breakfast buffet is great. Staff friendly & accommodating. Harry's Hofbrau is across the street & the best place to eat in Redwood City. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

wifi can go on & off, but works good when on!

I can’t rate higher due to your staff everything else was fine
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and in a good location

Cons:

The staff was so rude! The guy checking me in was arguing with another lady checking in when I arrived. He was extremely rude to her as she kept her demeanor I recorded the whole thing.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would stay again.

Cons:

No working fan in bathroom and leak in shower hose attached to movable showerhead, which sprayed water on floor
