Much nicer than the sister hotel at Calgary Airport
Pros:

Great location & friendly staff. Great to be on the ground floor with our doggies.

Cons:

Our room's Chromecast did not work so we only had a few basic channels of TV to watch. We were not offered a small discount or credit.

Pet Policy isn't great. Too expensive.

A nice hotel and we felt welcomed.
Pros:

A good buffet style breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Plenty of restaurants a short drive away.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have had a kettle and better tea making facilities in the room

Very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and quietness of this hotel!
Pros:

We were travelling with two dogs and two very young children. We were impressed with the outdoor area for the dogs. It was really nice and large. The room itself was very clean! One of the cleanest rooms I think we have ever stayed in. Staff were super friendly towards our dogs and children. Our kids loved the waterslide and the pancake machine at breakfast.

Cons:

Honestly, we found the room very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We have no complaints. When we travel we normally pay extra to stay at the Fairmont for these reasons. So I was really impressed that our stay here felt just as comfortable as past stays at the Fairmont.

Good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, rich choice/variety of foods. When the coffee was done and asked if they could refill it they immediately did it. I can recommend this hotel!!

Nice place to stay
Pros:

I found this hotel to be quiet and clean. The location was away from traffic but still easy to get to major roadways. The pool and waterslide were well maintained. One afternoon, we had issues with the pool, and the hotel quickly responded to requests to increase the temperature of the hot tub and turning the water on for the waterslide. We stayed midweek and it wasn’t busy which was nice. Anastasia was very helpful at check in.

Cons:

It was a little challenging to find someone from housekeeping to replace the hand soap.
