I would stay here again when in Florence. It was perfetto.
Pros:

This property was so charming! The room was beautiful and we had a gorgeous city view of the duomo and the bell tower. The staff was very attentive and so helpful.

Cons:

There was no shampoo and conditioner.

Excellent hotel. Noisy on lower floors from rooms above but level 4 rooms quieter

Central, great rooftop views, easy to navigate around the place. Not too big. Good brekkie.

Member let the whole staff down. He was an older gentleman without hair, working the rooftop bar with lovely enthusiastic young people. He was grumpy, rude and generally not nice. Everyone else in the team was absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Walter

Great service at a beautiful hotel with a rooftop bar & pool!
Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are a good size and very clean. The staff and concierge are so helpful. It is wonderful to have breakfast in the hotel and lunch/dinner/bar in the hotel too. The best bonus is the rooftop bar with wonderful views. Make a reservation to have a drink at sunset here. We ate under the shaded tables for lunch and the food was really good and it wasn’t crowded. The best view of the city from the hotel roof!

Personel bardzo miły, świetna lokalizacja.

Cons:

Akustyka słaba, słychać każdą rozmowę zza ściany. Jak ktoś ma lekki sen, to nie odpocznie. Dobrze by było dodać informację na stronie, gdzie rezerwuje się pokoje, że do płatności za pokój jest doliczany napiwek dla pracowników.

It was pleasant except for the bad surprises of unheated rooms and limited room service.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was very good.It was not included in the room price, but it was certainly worth the twenty two euros extra.
The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have both a bathtub and a shower. The shower had a rainforest shower head.
The people at the concierge desk were very friendly, efficient, multilingual and helped us solve various problems.
A lady at the reception desk very cleverly helped me solve a problem with my credit card.

Cons:

The only problem was a problem with the central heating. The weather in florence this month has been unusually cold. I complained to the housekeeping supervisor on my floor that the room and the bathroom were very cold in the morning. The housekeeping supervisor told me that the central heating had been turned off in the anticipation that the usual Italian spring warm weather would arrive, but it did not. She told me that nothing could be done. But I discovered later at the end of my stay from the front desk that room heaters, plug in heaters , could have been available to me to borrow during my stay. That should have been explained to me right at the beginning of my stay.
A smaller problem concerned the room service.
There was a misleading sign on the bedside table that said that the bar and room service were available until midnight. I tried to order food at 10 pm. However, the bar then explained that room service for food was finished at 9:30 PM and that the reference to midnight on the bedside table only concerned the drinks. I recommend that the hotel change the signs on the bedside tables to explain the difference between room service for food, which ends at 9.30 pm and room service for drinks, which goes until midnight.

Príjemný a ochotný personál stále k dispozícii s ochotou pomôcť pri objednávkach taxi ale aj pri netypických požiadavkách zohnať redukciu na notebook 👍😊Vynikajúci vyber chutných jedál a čerstvého ovocia na raňajky. Večere v hotelovej reštaurácii boli vždy gurmánskym zážitkom s obsluhou a milým a profesionálnym personálom a posedenie na rooftop terase s drinkom bolo s úžasným výhľadom nezabudnuteľným zážitkom.👍😊🍾🥂🌙✨
