Good location, mixed experience with staff, and overall out of date. Would not stay here again.

It’s very dated. Needs a major renovation. Bathroom window opened to an internal machinery and pipe area with crumbling masonry work and trash.

Pros:

Excelente hotel, com ótima estrutura, conforto, quarto amplo, cama ótima, café muito bom incluído, instalações muito boas, perto das principais atrações. Vista linda do rio.

Would recommend to any friend looking to stay in Florence, Italy
Pros:

Amazing staff in all departments. We utilized the lobby bar, breakfast buffet, and room service… and everything was outstanding. Best 4 star we’ve been to yet.

Although the rooftop bar was closed for low season, they kept the roof open to enjoy the view, which we did at sunset. The A/C for the hotel was also off for the winter, but they brought us a fan.

We happily changed our plans and extended our stay at this hotel for a couple more days simply based on how much we enjoyed our stay!

PSA: Get the burger from room service … it is life changing.

Très bel emplacement - très belle décoration
Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait pour les visites
Le roof top et sa superbe vue est tout simplement un enchantement
La décoration des chambres et parties communes est très belle très italienne

Cons:

Les deux restaurants sont assez inégaux selon les moments et les produits travaillés
Une salade de tomate et mozzarella un midi est succulente et très mauvaise un autre jour
Idem pour le Segno
Mais c est un détail qui se règle très vite tant les restaurants sont nombreux et variés à proximité
