fantastic stay en route from UK to Alps
Pros:

Room was modern and clean
Breakfast was fantastic with wide choice
Value for money was excellent
Staff were very friendly - especially man who directed us where to park (we couldn't fit in the parking garage due to our high vehicle)

Cons:

Nice to have tea/coffee facilities in room, but would have liked milk

Good for a stop over but room disappointing
Pros:

The hotel is close enough to Troyes to walk in easily and does have secure parking. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Our small dog was welcome to breakfast.

Cons:

Having stayed in this hotel many times in the past, I was disappointed by the room since the last refurb. The room seemed stark and basic for a 4 star hotel. Drinking water was from a tap in the hall, the shower room tight and made from what looked like a pre fabricated module.
