Bad housekeeping/customer service
Pros:

Our blanket got dirty. We went to get a new one and the guy said he had no blankets we had to sleep with sheets.

Excellent place to stay!
Pros:

Can’t say enough good things. VERY clean. Food was excellent. Staff, very friendly, courteous. Particularly we had great interactions with Jimmy (host) and Alfredo (chef) at Lorenzo’s for breakfast. They were professional and very accommodating. Presentation of the food was excellent as well. Bigtime kudos to all!!
