It was close to where we wanted to be.
It was expensive for what you get, No breakfast, the room didn't have a clock, washcloths or a Bible .
Cold baer floors,
Our second room was supposed to be a king size bed ,But it was a handicap room with a queen size bed ,
The staff were nice and polite, the room was very clean and quiet. Being on the upper floor gave us privacy when we had the curtains open. The parking was included in the price. The hotel is conveniently located with good access to the I91 and is right next door to Yankee Candle Village, Dunkin Donuts, a gas station, and a few minutes from Magic Wings.
Price was a little steep for the facilities. The pool has been removed and the arcade machines are old and damaged. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign for us to place on the door. The door at entrance 4 was damaged and didn't register the card to let us in. The place is in desperate need of renovation in the hallways, which gives it an old and tired atmosphere.
For a similar price, I was able to stay in the Spark (Hilton) hotel in Brossard near Montreal, Canada, which was modern and immaculate with exceptional facilities.
That being said, I would stay here again purely for it's convenient location. However, if there was a cheaper or similarly priced alternative closer to Chicopee, I'd likely stay there instead.

Our TV did not work , but the onsite maintenance man was very prompt in fixing it.
A continental breakfast would have been nice!
Room has hot shower and tv channels were good .
Room needed better cleaning . Floor especially not vacuumed In a while or washed . Curtain falling off of window on one end .

The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent.
Breakfast being available at the hotel would have been nice, but luckily there was a diner right around the corner.
The room was clean enough. The only redeeming aspect of the whole experience was the front desk clerk. She was as pleasant and accommodating as possible.
The window in the room had no screen, and being on the first floor meant that keeping the window open overnight was out of the question. The room was musty and damp. The floor was damp. The carpet was damp, which meant everything felt sticky. The air coming out of the air conditioner was rank. Understandably, the laws in MA allow for marijuana use; however, the hotel advertised 100% smoke-free. The whole place stank of stale weed.
