It’s gone down hill a bit in cleanliness since the last time I was here. In addition, the staff was super nice but lacked a but of professionalism. A little too casual and chatty.

The whole place reeked of marijuana even though we had to sign a paper saying we wouldn’t smoke or vape. They clearly do not enforce their own rules. It was disgusting!

The hotel is very convenient and comfortable for the price I am paying.
Pros:

I appreciated that the TV had HBO and Netflix. The Air conditioner was in working order and was able to keep the room at a comfortable temperature the entire weekend. Check-in and check-out were done expediently.

Cons:

The bathtub was slightly warped and a little uncomfortable to stand in. The door into the building nearest to my room did not have the keycard working and was accessible without using it which was concerning.

The hallway smelled like cat urine. They canceled my reservation and charged an obscene amount for what they offered.

Can have an update asap !
I have been staying at red roof for all my kids graduations and parent visit and always stay at RRI . This time I found the place quite run down and first time I found hairs in the bathtub … you don’t go to RR for it’s looks but efficiency and location and also bcse is clean so please keep it up !
