It was close to my dog show and easy to get to. Plenty of parking available near an entrance close to my room. The staff was friendly and the price was good. There were plenty of apps on the TV to choose from. I usually bring my fire stick, but didn't need it.
The floor could use a good cleaning. I was walking around in socks and when I took them off, they were black on the bottom. I didn't see an option for a refrigerator/microwave on the site when I booked and would have chosen that as an option if I had noticed. It should be more noticeable that there's a difference. Other curtains should added to the windows so that ground floor guests do not have people looking in their rooms, but guests can close a sheer curtain and still get light through the windows. I had to close the black out drapes so no one could see in my room, but then I had to turn all the lights on.

Ii was very damp. The sheets and towels were damp and my sneakers were damp in the morning
One overhead light was out and the tv remote was not working well. Very frustrating
We brought the remote and lamp issues to the desk shortly after arrival on the first day but nothing was ever done

It’s gone down hill a bit in cleanliness since the last time I was here. In addition, the staff was super nice but lacked a but of professionalism. A little too casual and chatty.

The whole place reeked of marijuana even though we had to sign a paper saying we wouldn’t smoke or vape. They clearly do not enforce their own rules. It was disgusting!
