I will never stay at this facility again.
Pros:

I did not like the property. The facility leaves a lot to be desired.

Cons:

The facility needs updating. Broken tiles in the bathroom, flickering light fixtures, weathered doorways to rooms, electrical outlets not working. The facility is horrible.

This was a welcome stay after several sketchy hotel stays over the course of a long road trip.
Pros:

Location was a bit out of the way from where we needed to be the next day, but it was OK, and was available when many other options weren't. Breakfast selections were pretty depleted at 9:30 when I made it to the breakfast room but the cinnamon roll and tea got me to lunch. Shout out to Jessica who checked us in - super friendly and helpful, and after a somewhat crappy day, she was a breath of fresh air!

Cons:

There was a funky smell in the hallway, but that could have been someone cooking something "aromatic" in their microwave. Also, the fitness room needs more than treadmills, one eliptical and a rack of weights.

My stay was very unpleasant
Pros:

I liked that it was breakfast included and I liked the staff they were great! I love there was a hot tub that is one of the reasons I chose this location.

Cons:

This was the overall most horrible experience I’ve had at a hotel. There were others there that were in the pool jumping in and across the pool and hot tub splashing everywhere running and being very loud. It was very uncomfortable and not pleasant or enjoyable at all. I had two little children that were not even able to enjoy the pool at all because of those other guests acting like wild banshees. The floors in the hotel over all are not clean. And the elevator was slow as molasses. And my key care kept messing up. My son had fun but my overall experience was not good.

Too out of the way and too noisy.
Pros:

Clean and nice staff.

Cons:

the noises kept me from.sleeping. The location was very hard to find. No sign on the street and the foliage hid the sign on the building until you passed the driveway.

Peaceful
Pros:

The desk service was fantastic. Jessica was a pleasure to work with when we checked in. The room exceeded expectations and we were very comfortable. We slept well and it was very quiet.

Beautiful outdoor seating for excellent breakfast made our day!
Pros:

Loved the outdoor bfast seating!! Nature break we appreciated - the field, the wildlife. You should photograph this and feature on your website.

Breakfast cook/employee is VERY nice, excellent at her job- efficient, kind etc.

Appreciated the late check out by 2 hours

Good breakfast with coffee open all night just off 275 and 12.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Available coffee all night was nice. Water temperature was good, plenty hot enough, and the stairs right at the room leading outside was convenient.

Cons:

The shower head wasn't connected correctly and water sprayed towards the sink until I tied a rag on the leak. The shower pressure could have been better. The TV was difficult to maneuver through, no instructions available. Halmark station was on, and we lost it and couldn't figure out how to get it back. The pillows were too soft for me, wife didn't complain.

A great place to stay near the airport.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional! They went out of their way to be helpful. We arrived very late, and the receptionist made sure we had breakfast items to take to the room.

Cons:
