False advertising online when it comes to their rooms, extremely poor management. Refusal to accommodate even when an issue is their mistake. In my opinion this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed In, from the room, customer service, poor management who truly has no clue how to handle customers and I stayed calm and collected . The employees are not trained on the information they need to let the guest know what they need to know or proper paperwork on what they are signing for,

It was located around a lot of places to eat

This is a very dated hotel that needs to be lowered in star level or converted into a lower class motel if they’re not willing to put money into renovations. The staff however, are very nice and helpful. First, the room is dated. There is absolutely minimal furniture. There is no place to safely put your suitcases on a hard surface. The padded chair had stains all over it. The beds are horrible. I don’t care if you prefer a soft versus a hard bed; the mattresses are so soft and of poor quality that they have body holes that you cannot roll out of. The doors are missing their laminate throughout the hotel. It’s worn. The cleaning staff is doing a pretty good job for what it is. They did not however have towels to replace during our stay. The bathrooms need to be gutted. There are some beige little toilets least over from the 90s, a molded fiberglass shower insert, cracked tile floors, and a minor water producing shower head. Gut the entire bathroom, and remove the room carpets that are not clean. Allergies, we all had them and had to take medication. In contrast, we did not have to in our hotel last week. There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine in the room. The elevators were not difficult to catch. They have two big TVs at the front desk that broadcast the security cameras. This is not the safest area.

It was clean

It was the perfect price for a hotel with a jacuzzi. The staff was wonderful. Loved that the laundry room process didn’t cost an arm and a leg. The room was very clean and also love that they use dove soap, shampoo & conditioner. From now on I will only book here for hotel stays.

The staff was absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area was spotlessly clean, and the large selection of food was constantly being replenished, and the area being cleaned. The ladies working in the breakfast area were incredibly friendly and definitely made you feel welcome. The hotel is located in a so-so area And the rooms are definitely starting to show somewhere and tear and need some TLC.

Everything From The Staff To The Stay It Was Very Comfortable & A Nice Vibe!

Everything at this hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained and extremely affordable.

The beds were very comfortable and linens really nice. Bathroom was especially clean with cute folded towels. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful with directions to our conference. Although we did not use the pool or exercise facilities, they sure looked very nice and extremely good!

Overall, a wonderful, relaxing stay. One of best hotels we have stayed in, even with higher rates!
