Great staff, great stay, but lose the high-tech coffee machines!

Helpful staff, clean and comfy room, proximity to the bike race that brought us to town

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but the set-up was inefficient and crowded. There were two very fancy, high-tech coffee machines, which wasn't a problem until there was more than two people wanting coffee. It took a while for each person to (figure out how to) program the machine to get the coffee they wanted, then a while longer for the coffee to brew. Not ideal when one is wanting to quickly grab coffee before hurrying off to their event. I'd highly recommend switching back to good old-fashioned coffee carafes.

Disappointed for a christmas stay.
Pros:

We were eating breakfast an no last minute warning or asking us if we wanted to grab anything real quick, they just closed the doors
The hot tub was warm, mentioned it ti front desk an was told "nothing they can do about it, they'll have to put a ticket in." To the only find out our showers weren't getting hot Esther.

Pros:

The breakfast was decent. I liked the room, nice and spacious. The bathroom was nice as well.

Cons:

I didn't like the bed and pillows. I don't expect perfection but I found it hard to stay asleep. My head would sink into the pillows and the mattress felt inconsistent. There were some cobwebs around the air conditioner, which didn't help with appearances.
