The guests upstairs were stomping in their room each night until 3a and when I called the front desk they did nothing, was flat and not empathetic at all so I ended up having to talk to the people myself

Although there were several things that could have been better, we still had a good stay and the room was clean 😊

It was clean. Housekeeping lady was very nice and gave us what we needed.

Cons:

Kind of stuck out in no where. Very dated rooms. BathTub made it rather difficult and dangerous for showers. Not much water pressure. Toilet paper was in a very awkward place. No exhaust fan in the bathroom either!! TV Remote worked only when it wanted to!! Never could get thru to front desk to ask questions. Only one elevator for three floors was a joke!! We ended up using the stairs several times! The side door was sticking and we couldn’t get in. Had to wait for someone to come out! The air conditioner sounded like a creature lived it!! Very noisy!!

Call the Hotel Directly, DONT USE BOOKING.COM!

We prefer to stay here instead of paying the extra expenses to stay right in T C. Its only 10 min to downtown TC.

Cons:

Just call the Hotel directly, you will save money and time/headache.. I didn't mean to use Booking.com they made it seem like it was the Holiday inn website. After I booked the room I got email the next day saying they cant guarantee a room that day, I'll have to wait till im there to find out. I finally found the direct website for Holiday Inn , booked my room(which was $30 less a night than Booking.com and the said booking. Com Gets people like that all the time. They wouldnt refund my room even though they said they cant guarantee room when I arrive. Thats NOT RIGHT!
