Pros:

Suzie the lady doing breakfast was a delight. Front desk staff was laying in her arms when we walked in not professional. Also I think the bed could use natural fabric's instead of the polyester.

Pros:

Room was in need of maintenance and upgrades, especially the shower. Parking was fine and it was conveniently located. The laundry was coin operated so I skipped it. Wi-fi was my biggest gripe. I had to re-login every time I I went online.

Pros:

First room was very smelly, like perfume. Tried airing it out but didn’t go away. Thought I’d get used to it but had to sleep with an N95 mask just to get any rest because it bothered me so much. Woke up with a sore throat and swollen itchy eyes. They got me another room, which smelled more normal. The hallways and common areas had a different strong, weird smell. Linens were clean. New paint on walls. A/C unit very loud and lots of road noise. If you’re used to 1-2 star hotels, you might be ok with it, but I don’t feel ~$150/night is worth it for this hotel. Wouldn’t pay half that.

They were very friendly and helpful. Even for the breakfast in the morning, Sarah, did a beautiful job of making us feel welcome and well served! We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Boerne.

Very, very thin walls and floors. The room above us had a small child who liked to run and woke us up at 6:30am doing laps around the room.

Just be prepared to hear all your neighbors business.

Staff was friendly room as just average.

Check in was flawless. Room was great but had a neighbor that enjoyed 4am TV rather loud
Room was great. Clean and nice. AC had no option for constant fan to help with outside noise
Comfortable bed.
My problem was with the bathroom. Definitely could use some fresh , clean caulking and a good floor scrubbing. Some fresh paint on some trim. Bathrooms are where I get picky on appearance. Was it terrible? By no means. It was fine. Just not enough for me to offer 5 stars
Breakfast was great. The host was enough to brighten your morning. Overall a great stay. When pricing pushes above 175 I just simply expect perfection. Just one travelers opinion
