Needs work
Pros:

It was the cheapest of the 3 hotels we stayed at near sacramento.

Cons:

The whole hotel was old and outdated. Lights flickering over the check in counter, elevator smelled like body odor. Everything didn't have a good smell. Headboard in the room looked liked a bobcat attacked it. TV speakers were partially blown and static-ey.

Amazing hotel at a great location
Pros:

Everything. The check in process was smooth and effortless. The bed was comfortable, rooms were quiet. I loved the water pressure in the showers. It felt amazing.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard but did not effect my stay. I slept fine

Warm Cozy Getaway
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at La Quinta in Fairfield! The hotel is peaceful, clean and conveniently located. The highlight was meeting the manager, Om, who is genuinely kind, attentive, and radiates positive energy. The breakfast was just what I needed, and the neighborhood is quiet with easy parking and access to nature trails, I so look forward to return and stay a bit longer next time! Thank you, Om!

Have just booked another stay there for next month so that should say enough.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, breads, fruit, juice, coffee, cereals, etc. This is my new favorite motel for trips to the bay area. Room was spotless, comfortable, safe, and heaps of parking. Great staff. This is great value for money and exactly what savvy travelers look for.

Location was nice and quiet. The king bed room was way bigger than I expected and I slept like the dead.
