The room was nice and the hotel was nice. Most of the staff was friendly. It’s unfortunate. You have to pay for parking

The room was comfortable and the bed was very good, clean and cozy.

Cons:

We could not take a hot shower. The water never got above luke warm. Very disappointing. For this reason we had to go home without showering. Don't know if we will risk staying there again. There are so many other options.

Asked for early check in ahead of the time, they managed it ahead of time. It was important as my daughter needed to lie down due to medical issues. Room was nice

Cons:

Front desk staff was a little rude when we were checking in early about 1:30, until they checked and a room had already been assigned. So some staff somewhere was excellent, others so so.
