Karen at the front desk was very nice and acknowlegeable.

I couldn't get my card to work at the G entrance. Had to walk back to the front to go in.

It was fine, I suppose.
Pros:

The beds. Our room was serviced very well. Housekeeping seems to do a good job.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated, especially the bathroom.

The Village-Inn was Fantastic!
Pros:

The hotel was great! It was clean, everything worked how it should, and it was a great value. The staff was super friendly, and it was close to the festival of lights without being too close.

One of my worst stays and I’ve never previously had any issues. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Pros:

The sweet looked nice online.

Cons:

Pay a $50 refundable damage free through booking. I get to the hotel and they are demanding that I pay an additional $100 damage fee in order to check in. After getting no help from staff i call booking to get it all sorted, hotel agrees to honor the $50 already paid but still makes me pay an additional $50 to check in. After all that fuss I get into the room and floors have clearly not been swept, very crunchy, stove in Kitchen did not work, TVs stuck on telemondo so we couldn’t use the TVs. Had to plug in the dirty room phone in order to use it. All the fuss for a $100 damage fee for a sub par room. 6/10 wouldn’t recommend. Staff was very rude, un welcoming, not helpful and were upset after talking to booking and making the accommodation for me to check in.

Pros:

They only had bag breakfast. They said they only serve hot breakfast on weekends. My husband is a diabetic and everything in the bag had a lot of sugar. When I booked the room it said that they had great breakfast so we had to go out for breakfast every day. Will not stay there again.
