It was HORRIBLE!
Pros:

Honestly this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Cons:

I stood at the counter and had to call 3x to get someone to check me in. She said she was in the back warming her food. Then the heat and air wouldn't switch when we first got in the room so they sent maintenance who knew NOTHING. We fixed the thermostat ourselves and finally got the room warmed up. There was a quinsetta gong on so there were adults and children running to and down the hallway being very loud all night. Went out and got breakfast because I couldn't trust the cleanliness of the facility or staff.

I couldn't get my card to work at the G entrance. Had to walk back to the front to go in.

The beds. Our room was serviced very well. Housekeeping seems to do a good job.

Older place. VERY clean! Well kept up. Front desk lady very nice! Very quiet. Bed could have been a little softer, and pillows, but very good overall.

The Village-Inn was Fantastic!
Pros:

The hotel was great! It was clean, everything worked how it should, and it was a great value. The staff was super friendly, and it was close to the festival of lights without being too close.
