Awful
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Horrible experience. People staying next to us were loud all night went downstairs to say something and nothing was done about it didn't get any sleep because of it

The receptionist Vanessa it was 10 minutes before 10 and their was 4 ladies wanting milk for cereal and the receptionist would not walk and get some at all blamed the lady from kitchen. That she wouldn’t serve anymore mind you their was 4 ladies wanting it. Shame on her lazy lady. Dont stay there.

Cons:

When checking out I was charged for "damages" my husband has a medical condition and used a towel to shower when I asked what damages the front desk was talking about she went to the back and pulled out the towel and showed it to everyone that was there in the lobby that was also checking out I was not embarrassed but i think it was very inappropriate and we shouldn't have been charged for a medical condition when I explained his medical condition the front desk clerk said it didn't matter.

Had to wait 8 hours to check in due to me not knowing about the 100 dollars deposit
Cons:

Made me pay 100 dollar cash deposit and told me not to rent there any more. Locals can't rent there until further notice

For almost $90 a night, is not worth it.

Our stuff got stolen while we were there. Staff didn't help us at all. Cockroaches were in our rooms and stained couches. The security fence outside is broken. Homeless people can walk up and take anything. No protection

It’s super calm not a bad distance from the places I was going to. The staff was friendly. The bed was super comfy

Cons:

My room had cig burns and the curtains had all kinds of stains on them. My fridge didn’t work which was pretty inconvenient but not a huge deal. One of the lamps was not working and the shade was lopsided.

Housekeeping did a good job. Helped us get items we needed when front desk wouldn’t respond

Couldn’t get towels, weed filled the halls all day and night. Front desk unprofessional. I will not stay there again.
