It is a good hotel. The cost represents good value for what you get. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The room was comfortable although I cannot understand why the put two double beds together making one oversized bed only possible to get into from one side. With regard my room the lady who serviced it was beyond excellent, friendly courteous and took care of the room to a very high standard. 3rd floor garden view.
Service at swimming pool was so-so. Hectic and hurried.the voucher given for gratis use was appreciated. However to then put the item on the bill was confusing. I didn’t know what the charge was for. It was a charged item of 353 baht per dayx5 days.When questioned as to what it was for it was quickly removed. You don’t give a customer a gratis voucher at check in then charge it at checkout. In having to ask what it was, then removing it left me a little suspicious .
The food and service in the facility was good. The location was excellent and overall a decent experience for the price paid

החדר ברמה נמוכה. מקלחת ישנה מאוד כל המיים מסביב לאמבטיה יורדים לריצפה להגיע לחדר צריך קורקינט בריכה מצויינת וחדר אוכל א בוקר מצויינת

Supergod frokost med stort utvalg i juice, pålegg og varme retter. BBC og CNN på TV-en. Gode solsenger ved bassenget. Rommet godt lydisolert, aldri noe støy.

The staff was incredible kind and helpful. The pool area was very beautiful and the bar had the best food that I've ever tasted in a pool bar.
The room was big and we had a beautiful view of the sea. The bed incredible comfortable. Nothing to complain about. Just wish this wonderful hotel wasn't places in Pattaya since I don't think that I'll be back there again.

Es gibt sehr vieles, was uns gefallen hat. Beginnend mit der wirklich zentralen Lage sowie der Ruhe in der Anlage trotz des vielen Straßenverkehrs drum herum. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und schauen auf die Anlage. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, direkt gegenüber vom Hotel, nur einmal über die Straße. Es ist ein öffentlicher Strand, die Liegestühle sind kostengünstig zu haben.
Unser Zimmer lag in der 3. Etage und schaute direkt ins Grüne. Man konnte in der Anlage Eichhörnchen beobachten, was sehr possierlich anzuschauen war. Ansonsten war die Zimmerausstattung wie gewohnt bei der Sternekategorie. Besonders angenehm waren die wirklich bequemen Betten mit weichen Kissen und fluffiger Decke. Habe lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen in einem Hotel.
Das Personal ist uns immer sehr freundlich begegnet. Alle haben gelächelt und alle Wünsche erfüllt.
Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, man schafft gar nicht alles zu probieren. Lecker. Schon allein dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt.
Die Poolanlage ist toll gepflegt, man bekommt immer frische Handtücher. Man kann sich sogar an der Rezeption Handtücher für externe Ausflüge ausleihen gratis.
