The stuff behavior at the lobby when we first arrived to the hotel was awful.
We arrived early morning and i already sent a message to explain we need a early check-in and also informed we celebrate a very unique event but they said they didn't receive our message and didn't really care we informed in advanced.
We go out to other hotel and rented a room only for few hours until they let us check-in.
We can understand the rules but the behavior and stuff attitude was very bad and unacceptable.
Of course we informed the manager and they tried to give us some spa treatment free of charge but we refused because they already destroyed our experience and feelings.
I was in this hotel many times before 2022 but tjis time everything was different...we were very disappointed 😞

Das gebuchte Zimmer war sehr groß und ebenfalls die 2 Betten war richtig groß. Das Frühstück ist ansprechend und reichlich. Check in und Check Out war unkompliziert
The booked room was very large, and the two beds were also quite spacious. Breakfast was appealing and plentiful. Check-in and check-out were straightforward.
Das einzige was ich nicht wusste, eventuell hab ich es überlesen in der Buchung, aber das Hotel fordert dann noch eine Sicherheitsleistung von 1000 Baht pro Tag. Da war ich etwas überrascht, konnte Bar oder per Kreditkarte erledigt werden und wurde auch nach ca 2 Wochen wieder rückerstattet auf die Karte..
This lovely hotel sits in a busy area but feels like an oasis. The pool layout is incredible—multi-tiered with lush gardens and a swim-up bar. Great atmosphere and fantastic poolside staff! Can't wait to return.
The room was nice but a bit worn, especially the bathroom. The bath-shower design led water onto the floor—odd layout. A couple more towels would have been appreciated especially for the cost.

We came back to Avani again one of our favourite hotels to stay in Thailand, everything was great, Room, pool, bar snacks, and the breakfast is also superb. Thanks to all the staff
It’s my first time here in this hotel. I feel so nice and relaxed on my day off to chill out by the pool. And come back to have a club Logue time in the evening after finish work and they serve and treat me so nice especially elephant bar team and Jazlyn.
Awesome. Very friendly and supportive.
