Great makes you feel welcome. Toni was amazing, taz did great in the evening reception, and Keshia is amazing in breakfast, Jahneya was a great cleaner

The hotel is under construction and renovation. This is not posted in the Hilton app. The first floor fire alarms are taped up and have been for days. The windows and the elevator are smeared. The room was not vacuumed and there is trash/dirt on the floor. The floors in the hallway need vacuuming desperately. In the kitchen there is a sticky spot on the floor. God knows when a mop was used last. The bathroom has paint peeling up over the mirror. The outside of the location is overgrown and there is trash in the ground. Clearly not a meticulously cared for property.

Yes the parking is free. The breakfast is passable. The bed is comfortable. The exercise room is tiny. It is not the Homewood Suites quality I’ve experienced in other states.

I have stayed here for 4 weeks and the quality has been consistently amazing! The room cleaners do a fantastic job, front desk is always helpful with my late check-ins, and Kesha is a wonderful cook who makes some delicious breakfast (especially the omelets!). If I’ve ever back in Tallahassee, this is THE spot to stay

The ability to accommodate 5 guests in one room

Visited Tallahassee for a college tour with my daughter and her friend. Nice space with living area and separate bedroom. Lots of options for breakfast. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again on a future trip to Tallahassee.

The front counter staff member I believe his name is Jose was very cordial and helpful! I will be traveling in the area monthly and will most likely stay here from now on! The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good compared to other places I've stayed before.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are nicely appointed (couch, coffee table, dining table with comfortable chairs, full size refrigerator with freezer, stove top, coffee maker, dishwasher, kitchen sink, basic kitchen wares, decent size tvs in living area & bedroom, full door that can be locked between living area & bedroom, reading lights on each side of the bed, charging ports & regular electric plugs next to the bed, heavy outer curtains that block daylight relatively well, etc.)
Everything is always very clean! This visit, I found the bed & pillows to be very uncomfortable. That has never been the case in the past.
Water pressure & temperature is good in the bathroom & kitchen.

Breakfast is included & there are many items to choose from (hot items change each day) - waffles, eggs/omelet, potatoes, sausage/bacon, biscuits & sausage gravy, oatmeal, cut fruit, cereal, bananas, muffins, croissants, English muffins, toast, pastries, OJ, etc. They offer to go containers, which I find very convenient since I am more of a grazer for breakfast & often take my breakfast to work with me.
The lady who maintains the breakfast area is phenomenal! She greets every single guest with a smile & “good morning” and ensures they know she is available if they need anything. She really helps to start the day on a positive note. :)
Coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, and ice water is available all day.
Warm cookies are available every night.
There’s a manager’s reception on Wednesday nights with snacks & wine. Be sure to try the bread bites! Yum!!!
They are pet friendly & there’s often a pet in the lobby.
It’s a nice home away from home.

Great area close to where I needed to be

First, Breakfast and Young Lady in charge were a 10. The staff here was as polite, professional, and willing to go above and beyond their call of duty. Names I remember, Jessica, Rebecca, and the other I can't recall, but Everyone was Excellent!!!

Location and breakfast staff. Breakfast was nice and attendant was extremely pleasant.

GM Ashley must have a gift for hiring the right people… because calling ahead on the phone to see if our room was ready, Jessica could not have been friendlier and more helpful. Then when the finishing touches were being put on the room because we got there a tad early, the housekeepers (2 of them) were working together to make it happen. The next morning at breakfast, you guessed it — the nicest “breakfast lady” greeting everybody like they were family. Served up were some truly tasty scrambled egg/cheese pockets and sausage in addition to the usual breads/bagels, yogurts. Something you don’t often get are fresh strawberries and blueberries, oh my were they good! Fitness room had free weights and towels, ice machines on all the floors. We thoroughly enjoyed our spotless 2-Bedroom (King, 2 Queens)/2-Bath (both with tubs) Suite that was roomy and even had screened windows that opened for a breeze. Not surprisingly, we can’t wait to get back here next time for our 6th visit to this perfect Homewood.
