What a treat!
Pros:

Wonderful staff, location, size, rooms and facilities. We couldn’t have loved this hotel any more. If given the chance we would have stayed forever…not kidding!

Terrible breakfast service
Pros:

Breakfast service is terrible. Eat elsewhere. They have only one server for the whole room. The meals are made and put on a counter under lamps. I noticed my meal was there for 20 minutes before the waitress brought it over eventhough I had pointed it out to her earlier. She refused to bring it to me because she said she had to serve another table first. So, I had to wait while the chef made 6 orders and my order just sat there for 20 minutes.

It was an overall 8.4 in a very tough industry, this place is the real deal.
Pros:

The staff was fantastic, issues were handled quickly, requests were accommodated.

Cons:

The parking garage is cramped at best. While an underground garage is fantastic, we ran into an issue regarding filling that thing to capacity can cause an issue if guests don't park their cars/trucks evenly within the lines it can render the space next to it non functional cause you can't open your doors in a compromised space. This problem was squashed by the staff promptly.

Beautiful and pet friendly hotel
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, exceptionally pet friendly, easy checkin process, underground parking, super friendly staff, driver service to/from anywhere in town, a gorgeous lobby, a restaurant/bar in the lobby, and a coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar available all day. We loved it!
