The location was perfect
Out dated and not very clean looking. Very drab
We showed up after midnight due to flight getting delayed. The first room we were given was not clean and not prepared for anyone to stay in. The bed looked like someone just got out of it. There had been something spilled down the side of the bed. They upgraded our room at no charge which it had a mold smell and the AC barely worked. We were exhausted so we just knocked out for a few hours. Got up early to attend a funeral and were gone all day. Returned back to the room which was about 80 degrees with the AC full blast all day and the smell of mold had gotten too hard to handle. I looked at the AC and notice the whole inside was full of growing mold so I took a picture. We loaded up and left. Went to check out and showed the picture to the manager and she said she would get with the owners and let us know about a refund. 2 days later still no word and we never got checked out the evening we left. We noticed food all over the floor around the stairs and the hallway.
The location was good for what we were doing there. We went to the reds game and zoo and it was a good central location
The room felt stuffy and the carpet was sticky. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable

Whole place smelled like weed on our floor. Beds were super uncomfortable. Wasn’t supposed to be charged until we arrived but got charged ahead anyways. We had no shower curtain so had to use our extra towels to mop the floor. Way overpriced for no more than we got. Looks like they don’t sweep the floors at all. Rooms or hallways. It was not very clean. I expected a lot more for the price.
Hotel was surprisingly sufficient despite lacking finishing touches. The room, including bed and bathroom were clean, and did not have any musty or dampness, BUT it wasn't homey. The room, first floor, had very high ceiling, but nothing on the walls, which made it feel unfinished. All the light in the room was stark white. There was an upward light, the kind that lights the exterior of a building, directly outside our window, making it impossible make the room dark or to tell when it was morning. The breakfast was good, waffles, toast, yogurt, eggs and sausage, juice, coffee. Fine for a stop over, but next time I would spend the extra $50 to stay at any of the neighborhood hotels.
We had no hair dryer in our room and the microwave did not work. Both was reported to staff!

We had a great one-night stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
The staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very good and fresh. My grandchildren were with me, and they loved the pool of course.
the location was great for the airport
had to pay for parking which is not advertised on booking. it was $9 a day. and the hotel was kind of ran down
Located close to the airport, however with what appeared to be only one staff member available in the evening the wait for the shuttle was protracted.
The breakfast provided was adequate providing a range of food from cereals, fruit to hot items.
We stayed in a suite which was to provide a bedroom and lounge with bed settee to accommodate three adults. When we came to set up the bed settee we found it to be broken to such an extent that it could not be folded out to provide a separate bed. Due to the lateness of the hour and the fact that we had already unpacked we chose not to contact reception. In order to provide a s bed in the lounge area we moved the mattress from the second bed in the bedroom and placed it on the floor of the lounge.
The suite also smelly musty.
The hotel is situated at a very prime location. Every morning, breakfast was timely available with quick refills. We thank and appreciate the staff who made our stay extremely pleasant.
The sofa come bed in our suite could be upgraded.
