A bitter disappointment
Pros:

Very rude service at the front desk. The room was very loud with kids running in the hallway. We will never stay there again. Staff needs a refresher course in customer service. The rooms are overpriced for the service that you get. Even the breakfast was disappointing. It’s okay if you want to have lots of sugar but nothing there for healthy nutrition.

Decent stay only one night for the pool experience
Pros:

The comfortable feel the whole hotel had. I felt comfortable hanging out in the lobby or going to the pool.

Cons:

I didn’t like the bathroom tub being so small. I love a relaxing bath and the tub was so small it was just puddle water.
The bathroom also was dirty. Soak scum and some brown smears on the door

Very enjoyable overall
Pros:

The breakfast could be a little more diverse I think. A choice of bacon/sausage perhaps, maybe scrambled eggs and hash browns. More coffee urns are needed, these were emptied rapidly.

Cons:

The beds weren't well made. Even though I completed early check-in there was an issue at the front desk with the machines/computers when we arrived.
