Staff was friendly and professional. Property is a bit out dated and worn. Breakfast was disappointing.

Room smelled strongly of vomit and we asked to be moved. The new room was disgusting with white stains everywhere in the carpet and up the walls and the sofa was saturated with filth and grime. Staff was very nice though. Biggest disappointment was that we booked the hotel for the pool but it was closed for sludge and slime.

Found a lions den receipt in one of the beds. Somewhat clean. Water smelled musty and room had a not great odor. Carpets look really dated. Pool was closed even though it was indoors. You could see it still had water but had a gross film on top. Breakfast was okay. Would not stay here again. Sad really because Sleep Inn at lake George NY was really nice.

I reported a loose shower door to the hotel staff. No water leaked because the gap was narrow and short, and only at the top.

The hotel is fine. The staff are courteous and helpful; and I like them. But this stay, I had to report issues in the shower: a missing floor mat; and a creaky and loose shower door.

Very nice continental breakfast.

Property is in poor condition. Light bulbs out in room, not clean, carpet in very dirty.

Hallways could be a lil cleaner(smell wise) it smelt very damp

I've come here for 10 years and it has remained clean, consistently staffed and a straight drive to the Antietam battlefield.

When we opened the door to the room, you were over taken by the smell. It was a stale & unclean smell. The air conditioner came on but did not blow cool air like it should have. Therefore the smell remained in the room. Went to use the microwave & the knobs fell off. Next morning went down for breakfast & let's just say we had to walk across the street to eat, where the Waffle House & Cracker Barrel was located. Food was unbelieveable. Went out for the day & when we came back & we found that nothing had been done in the room. The bed was not made, the garbage was not emptied & the dirty towels were still on the floor. I went downstairs to ask about housekeeping & was asked when did we check in. I told her the night before & she said yeah we usually don't have housekeeping do the rooms until after you stay for the third day? I told her I wanted the room cleaned & was told housekeeping has already gone for the day. However to my surprise one of the girls at the front desk asked me if I wanted her to go up & clean the room. I told her yes just empty the garbage & take the towels & put fresh ones in the room.That was done when we got back from the evening event.

We couldn't/wouldn't eat there, the rooms smelled bad & there is no service cleaning wise unless you are there 3 or more days. All this & they charged me $133 per night. I would never stay here again & I would tell everyone to stay away. I am angry that I had to pay that much for what I didn't get!

Perfect location and great staff and services

The room smelled, carpets crudy and dirty. No pool, rooms of pictures do not match the exact room. Its a disgusting dump

The staff was nice but didn’t care at all, they advertised pool and hot tub but been closed for two years and no one working on it. No phone in room to call front desk about an alarm going on at 2 am and 5 am. The room had a mold odor and carpet tests every where I looked. Only thing it got going is location and Walmart shopping carts in hotel and parking lot not my first choice in the future might want to shop around and the breakfast really suck while the lady sits there and plays on her phone never refill the pitchers of drinks or ice like she hated her job.

For the price it was okay to stay. The rooms are not clean and my room had holes in the walls

It was okay, the gym need upgrading and the pool wasn't set up for the guests to enjoy. Other than that, it was a good stay.

I don't like to complain, but our stay at this hotel needs to be brought to someone's attention. We booked two rooms for my wife and me and 7 grandchildren. The pullout bed in the first room was deeply stained and literally springs were poking out of the mattress. The desk attendant moved my wife and five of the children to another room. The room I and the other children and pet were given a pet friendly room. The room wreaked of cannabis smell so bad I was concerned from a health point of view. The desk attendant acknowledged the smell in the hall as well. She offered us a room on a higher floor, exchanged the key cards and sent us to a room, but when we entered the room it had not been cleaned. Soiled bed sheets, soiled wash clothes and trash in the room. Again I brought to the attention of the desk attendant, and was then moved to a third room. We checked in around 6, but with all these circumstances we didn't get to settled until nearly 10 pm.
Also we in part chose this hotel because we wanted a pool. When we arrived we were told it was closed. I understand things may have to be closed for a repair but apparently
we since learned it hasn't been repaired for about a year. I've never had an experience like this at any hotel, even other Choice hotels. And again it's not my nature to complain, but this was really a great frustration. Regards, Doug Beck

Smells like mold everywhere, very old tv, the pool is closed no notice, very limited options for food if u re here late in the nights!
