Mala comunicacion y manejo de objetos perdidos

Me olvide mis lentes en la habitacion, me di cuenta al instante de haberme ido pero estaba en el aeropuerto y sabia que volvia a Los Angeles en una semana. Le escribi via booking avisando que habia olvidado mis lentes, que pasaria a buscarlos en una semana. No recibi ninguna respuesta y cuando volvi me dijeron que no habia ningun lente. Pesimo.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto. Muy buena relación precio calidad. Buen desayuno. Muy buena limpieza. Excelente trato de los empleados.

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó fue que en comparación con otros SpringHill las camas dobles eran muy pequeñas casi del tamaño de 1 y 1/2 plaza y las instalaciones más antiguas.

For the most part it was good.

Bed was comfortable
Room was clean and lpretty big
Room all appliances worked
Staff was friendly and accommodating

Cons:

We had an 80th birthday party for my uncle. But the air condition in the meeting room was not working. The maintenance person came in once but said it was working but it never cooled down. Also there were two a/c modules in the room but he had no idea about the second one. The temperture was very uncomfortable.

Cons:

There's 2 elevators at the property, only 1 was available for use. On one of the mornings the 1 elevator that was working was out of order and guests had to use the stairs for a short period of time. Other than that no complaints.

Nos hospedamos en el hotel haciendo una escala larga, por lo que la cercanía con el aeropuerto era de mucha importancia.La habitación tiene muy buena relación precio calidad, tiene una pequeña cocina que resulta muy útil, las camas son cómodas pero no muy grandes, El desayuno muy completo. El personal muy amable.

Durante nuestra estadia dejaron de funcionar los ascensores, por lo que hubo que subir y bajar los equipajes por la escalera,
