We had a comfortable and quiet night of sleep prior to a flight home.
Pros:

Buen alojamiento cerca del aeropuerto
Pros:

Nos hospedamos en el hotel haciendo una escala larga, por lo que la cercanía con el aeropuerto era de mucha importancia.La habitación tiene muy buena relación precio calidad, tiene una pequeña cocina que resulta muy útil, las camas son cómodas pero no muy grandes, El desayuno muy completo. El personal muy amable.

Durante nuestra estadia dejaron de funcionar los ascensores, por lo que hubo que subir y bajar los equipajes por la escalera,

Cons:

There's 2 elevators at the property, only 1 was available for use. On one of the mornings the 1 elevator that was working was out of order and guests had to use the stairs for a short period of time. Other than that no complaints.

For the price, we had a very good stay with a nice breakfast and luggage storage included.
Pros:

For the price, very good hotel. Breakfast was included in the price and was well stocked including waffles and fresh bananas, apples and oranges. Edmund Castellanos, Night Operations Manager, is exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant.

Cons:

The road traffic was a little noisy at times.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The room was decently clean and breakfast was good. The price was great (for LA). Overall I am satisfied with my stay and would reccomend. :)

Will never book with booking.com again
Pros:

That the staff helped.me with speaking to booking com to get my room canceled. They didn't have rooms very much understood.

Cons:

Didn't like how they use a platform that says they have rooms, but when you get there. Yall booked. It was too late and was left stranded

Last minute disappointment
Pros:

Location was convenient.

Cons:

Room unit had heater issues, mechanic could not repair so we were very cold during our visit. Room is outdated and needs to be remodeled. Staff and housekeeping were very friendly but room was disappointing. Breakfast was fair, not over the top, no wow factors. Booked at last minute and rate was high for what this location offered.

Pros:

Great rooms and great customer service. We had reserved a room with 3 bed but the manager mentioned they had so water issues with the room so he give us two rooms next to each other to accommodate. My son also forgot his headphones in one room and when I called to check if they found them, they would call me back since I would be flying back into LA in 5 days. The manager call me back a few days later and said they found them and will hold them till I get back into town.
