Darryl at the front desk was amazing. The hotel was warm, clean and welcoming on a freezing cold night.

We received a much appreciated welcome gift and a complimentary room upgrade because if my Membership status.

This is why I always look to stay at a Marriott Bonvoy property!

Very outdated property. Needs major work. Bed was old requested new linens and pillows as the ones on the bed had a bad odor to them. Shower/tub was pretty dirty. Shower curtain had mold. Couch and carpet are really stained/dirty not just in the rooms but throughout the property. Disappointed in this Marriott property. I wish the site would show most updated photos.

Veronica in the breakfast area and Christian at the front desk were both wonderful and helpful! They both above their job descriptions to make our stay very comfortable during a cold winter snow storm.

It was a nice quiet place to stay that is convenient to everything. I mostly interacted with Daryl, the night time desk clerk. He was very kind and had a welcoming smile as I came and went. I will definitely stay here again.

I turned up at the Residence after being told upon arrival that my reservation for the nearby Renaissance was not valid. I was more than pleased that a room was found and I could stay for 4 nights.

The staff at the Residence were brilliant - helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was ok and provided sustenance for the morning. The room was comfortable but could do with a refurb in places. The room was clean and room service was efficient.

The gym was more than adequate for the size of the hotel. Parling was never a problem although the hotel was nearly full.

I would certainly stay here again if in the Schaumberg area.

Mr. Kent at the front desk went out of his way to make my check in experience a very pleasant experience. I commend him for that

This is a great hotel for a long stay. Been here 13 weeks due to fire. Everyone is helpful and kind especially the front desk man Daryl. He goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Always gives us what we need with a smile on his face even when he’s super busy on weekends. Always greets everyone when they enter and tells them to have a good day when they leave They have good breakfasts. The hotel is always very clean. My family loves the lemonade and flavored water service. The cookies are a special treat as well as the candy and trail mix jars. I’d prefer trail mix a little more often
