Was easy to get to

Cons:

We didn’t see any staff during our say. We got there at 5:30 and reception had closed (understandable), but when we went to checkout at 9:30 there was still no one at reception.

Exceptional and exceeded expectations
Pros:

After a cancelled flight, my daughter and I arrived later than we were expecting to. Staff were happy to help us out with a check in that was outside of reception hours and ensured it went seamlessly for us.
When we got to our room it exceeded our expectations. We were given a suite with 2 bedrooms (I'd only booked for a 1 bedroom) it had a clothes washer/dryer and it contained a dishwasher as well! The rooms, beds and lounges were cosy and comfortable. And the complimentary timtams and cokes on arrival were so thoughtful after a stressful long day of airports.
We booked with Quest Jolimont for convenience to a concert at the Rod Laver Arena. Next time we come to Melbourne city we will book with Quest Jolimont, regardless of its convenience to our needs, simply because it is fantastic 😀

Lovely stay!
