Very convenient to airport, comfortable room with good breakfast options

I had my first experience at this hotel on Aug. 19th and I had a second reservation for Aug. 24 and 25th. My experience on the 19th was terrible, dirt room, possible bed bug, no air conditioning with room temp. 28 degrees Celsius, impossible to sleep, dirt check in area, elevator with no finished floor, mildew in the bathroom, etc. Because all of this I canceled my second stay and found another hotel.
Thanks to the management that didn't charged me for the cancelation.

Achtung! Meiden Sie die Unterkunft. Dreckig und die Ausstattung ist unzureichend. Das Bettlaken sowie die Matratze hatten Blutflecken. Die Klimaanlage und die Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht. Die Klobrille hatte einen Riss. Der Boden war dreckig. Im Frühstücksbereich ist ein Hasengehege. Auf gar keinen Fall ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

לא היו רהיטים בחדר כמו ארונית שאמורים ליצור תחושה נעימה בחדר.
הייתה מיטה במרכז החדר וכל השאר ריק, תחושה מוזרה ולא נעימה.

"The hotel is fine for a short stay of one or two days. However, the elevators require maintenance, and housekeeping standards need improvement.

Bereits das Treppenhaus ist voller Schmutz sowie toter und lebender Insekten, die dort offensichtlich seit Monaten nicht weggesaugt wurden.
Von den beiden Aufzügen funktioniert nur ein einziger, und auch dieser befindet sich in einem erschreckend schlechten Zustand.
Auf den Zimmern setzt sich der negative Eindruck fort: Eine Klimaanlage sucht man vergeblich. Stattdessen gibt es lediglich einen Ventilator, der den vorhandenen Staub wunderbar in der Zimmerluft verteilt.
Am schlimmsten und aus meiner Sicht hygienisch absolut inakzeptabel ist jedoch die Situation vor dem Frühstücksraum (welcher selbst ebenfalls in einem sehr schlechten Zustand ist). Dort steht ein Hasengehege mit zwei eingesperrten Tieren, die direkt auf den Laminatboden urinieren. Der extreme Geruch zieht durch den ganzen Bereich. Unter diesen Umständen konnte ich unmöglich ein Frühstück einnehmen. Ich kann mir beim besten Willen nicht vorstellen, dass dies aus behördlicher Hygienesicht überhaupt zulässig ist.

Location has good access to airport. Bus and tram. Staff speak multiple languages.
No Air Conditioning. It was 29 degrees in the room. Was told that drinks from minibar were all free, but the fridge was not plugged in so everything, beer and all, was warm. Fan provided also did not work. Bathrooms were as expected for price, but not necessarily clean.

Nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen mit Flecken und Schleifspuren an den Wänden. Die Gardinen waren sehr dreckig. die Türen auch renovierungsbedürftig. Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer. Es gab keinen Flaschenöffner und keine Gläser. Man hat gesehen, dass andere Gäste dafür die Möbeln benutzt haben.

Good quality for the price. Good location, public transportation nearby. Free drinks on the first day.
The air conditioning didn't function. There were fans in the room, but those didn't really help. At night it was not so hot outside, so we opened the window. Everything was good till 6AM, and then airplanes started to land and depart and it was noisy. With a closed window is ok, but hot.
