A comfortable room with a nice budget price for this area. Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and bed comfortable. A minifridge had free beverages available which was a nice touch. Bathroom was nice sized with huge bath towels. Was there during an unseasonable heat wave and room was very warm but an oscillating fan in the room saved the day and I slept comfortably. Clientele was composed of friendly, budget conscious travelers. Easy access to bus stop half a block away with 8 minute access to the airport. Wifi worked fine.
The room was ever so slightly worn around the edges but this did not bother me. Windows were not soundproof. Close to the airport and planes did fly directly overhead but Zurich airport does not operate into the wee hours so it wasn't annoying.
Location
We stay 3 nights and the staffs missed to clean our room although we have made the request. Very poor customer service. We have booked 7 rooms. Every room has different issues. All of us are not happy with our stay at this hotel.

The location was good and easy to find. The gigantic TV screen in the room was amazing. It was quiet despite being on a main road.
There was no air-conditioning and the ventilator fan was broken. We did get a replacement which worked adequately.
The room size was fine, and the quiet/peaceful of the place was positive point.
The location and the fact that there were too few number of staffs working at the place.

It was clean close to the bus to get to the train station. It was a nice size room.
There was no air conditioning. They did provide a fan. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and took us most of the day to have it put on which was not the right size and cause the bathroom floor to get wet. The breakfast was in adequate and when we came down at 9:30 they had run out of most of the food when they're supposed to be served at 10:30.

In Zurich Kloten, Mr Francesco who was at the reception was very co-operative, both while check - in & check - out as also helpful in helping me find a veg restaurant nearby, a taxi, and the nearby Coop & Migros, on the last night I was to leave early of a morning flight from Zurich Flughafen due to connectivity problem I couldent connect with the Taxi drive who had promised to come to Dormero pick up at 6 in the morning, I asked Francesco to book his known taxi, but he kindly informed me to call the taxi if if doesnot turn which he told is very rare & not to worry he said just in case of no Taxi, he gave me their taxi Number call him afetr 6.05 and their taxi would defenetly come over by 6.15, but he was very right my booked taxi person Came up 5.55 at the hotel & drove me straight to the Airport, but the way Francesco explained really calmed my nerves, I am really thankful for his suggestion.
The beds though comfortable were a bit too high so I requested to either remove one of the two matteress, but the said its just 1 matteress, so he rushed 2 chairs to my room as we both had fractured & would like to thank him for his care and understanding/

Os quartos são amplos e as camas confortáveis. E, itens grátis no frigobar são de uma delicadeza e atenção ímpar . Um grande diferencial.
Segunda vez que me hospedo aqui e ocupei o apto 301,não estava com cheiro bom, não consegui definir o que era e o corredor fedia a cigarro. Mas, isso não é culpa do hotel e sim de hóspedes que não respeitam os outros .
