Sehr freundliches Personal.Gerade an der Rezeption.Tolles Familienzimmer in der 6.Etage.
Außerordentlich bequeme Betten.Sehr saubere Zimmer!
Hotel kann man zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Zimmer waren abgewohnt, Badezimmer uralt und verschimmelt. Viele Beschädigungen im gesamten Zimmer.

Saunabereich uralt und Holz brüchig

Dusche funktionierte nicht, Mischventil kaputt. Es wurde um Reparatur gebeten. Es hiess man habe es repariert. Einzig war das Bad von schmutzigen Schuhen verdreckt und nichts war repariert.

Es wurden fünf Alternativzimmer gezeigt und keins davon war besser, aber die Dusche funktionierte dann einigermassen.

Hamburg ist eine schöne Stadt
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, leider konnten wir nicht mit 4 Personen zusammen frühstücken weil es keinen freien Tisch gab und mußten stattdessen an einem langen Tisch zusammen mit anderen sitzen

Cons:

Badezimmer war nicht sauber, Urinflecken auf dem Toilettensitz und Haare auf dem Boden

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem gut gelegenen und gepflegten Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln im Badezimmer.
Pros:

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine sehr gute Lage: Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, die rund um die Uhr angefahren wird und ein Kaufland ist in etwa 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die kostenlosen Angebote wie das Fitnessstudio und die Sauna, die allen Gästen zur Verfügung stehen.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, das Bett komfortabel und das Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt handelt es sich um ein sehr gepflegtes und schönes Hotel, das sich gleichermaßen für Paare, Familien sowie Alleinreisende eignet.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch einen negativen Punkt: Im Badezimmer befanden sich fremde Haare an der Decke.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr ausgewogen und es gab alles was man braucht.
Von herzhaft über Süß, Brötchen 🍞 Wasser 💦 Säfte 🥤 Obst 🍇 und Gemüse 🥒 Kaffee ☕️ und Tee 🍵 Es war wirklich alles dabei.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber spartanisch eingerichtet. Es gibt im Bett eine Decke für alle keine einzelnen Bettdecken.

Pros:

Wir hatten alles,was wir brauchten! Ruhiges Zimmer zur Seitenstraße. Sehr gute Matratzen, Seidenweiche Bettwäsche, 2 Kopfkissen zur Wahl. USB Anschlüsse zum Laden, Seife, Shampoo., die Möglichkeit, Kaffee und Tee zuzubereiten. Es gibt im Hotel eine Sauna. Das Personal sehr nett. Taxi wurde bestellt. Das Restaurant hat ein super edles Angebot an kleinen und großen Speisen. Leider konnten wir wegen des OP Termins nicht frühstücken, es sah sehr vielseitig und mit viel Obst aus. In der Nähe des Hotels ist eine Bushaltestelle zurück zum Bahnhof Altona und weiter zum Hauptbahnhof mit der SBahn. Zum Asklepios Krankenhaus Altona sollte man ein Taxi nehmen, kostete 13,50 Euro.
Für den Preis war es hervorragend!
